They did a great job servicing my unit and cleaning the ventilation system. Very professional and quick responses.

This is a generous rating. I've had 2 appointments for different services in the past month. Why can't they send a confirmation?!? I took off work based on the dates they initially stated. They also wear muddy boots and track it all throughout the house/carpets. Very unprofessional. Not worth the extra hassle and inconvenience. Find a different place to take your business.

I maintained a Silver Membership with the company for many years because there were limited alternatives that could meet all of my heating and cooling needs. Unfortunately, nearly every service visit resulted in additional problems with my equipment. After routine maintenance appointments, I frequently found that equipment that had been functioning properly beforehand was no longer working. It is important to note that my home and HVAC equipment were brand new. During the most recent service visit, the technician spent the majority of the appointment on the phone, openly stating that he did not know what he was doing and that he had been sent into the field without adequate training or support. During this visit, the technician left water throughout my basement and unnecessarily drilled a hole in my furnace for testing purposes, despite the system having already been tested multiple times and being properly set up. He then attempted to seal the hole with red silicone, which ended up on my furnace and floor rather than adequately covering the hole itself. Most concerning, both my furnace and air conditioning system were in perfect working order before the service appointment, yet neither unit functioned properly after the technician left. Approximately one year ago, when my membership agreement was expiring, I informed the company that I would not be renewing because I was moving and because of my repeated negative service experiences. I signed a form authorizing payment until I moved, but did not select or agree to a new service contract. When I contacted the company a year later to cancel the payments due to my move, I was informed that I owed $240.64 for early termination of a contract that I never agreed to. Despite explaining that I had not enrolled in a new contract, I was told that it did not matter and that the balance would be sent to collections if I did not pay. Overall, my experience with Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning has been extremely frustrating due to repeated service issues, damage to my equipment, and what I believe to be an unfair attempt to enforce a contract that I did not authorize. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning to anyone. It is extremely disappointing that the company appears more focused on collecting a few hundred dollars and enforcing a contract that was never in place than on providing good customer service and working with a long-term customer to resolve concerns fairly. Businesses build trust by treating customers with honesty, respect, and professionalism. Unfortunately, my experience has shown a company that is more concerned with collecting money than treating its customers fairly and doing what is right.
