When contacted after, the highest one said they would have been at $1200 labor at the most. Keller claimed "flat rate". Flat rate maybe for a Master union electrician with 30 years experience in NYC. Not for a bus driver who took a few courses years ago and moonlights as an electrician. Lesson learned - do not trust the local guy to not take advantage of a senior citizen on fixed income.
