Total charge was only for the service call despite his doing a lot of poking around. He said I could buy a faucet from them, but I'd be better off getting it myself. I immediately went out and bought a new faucet, called the office and they scheduled the installation for the following day. Matt showed up at noon, again, and spend 45 minutes or so doing the installation. The office had given me a price and that's what I paid. Couldn't have had a better experience and will call them for all my plumbing and HVAC work in the future.

My husband called them at 1:57pm. They called back at 2:02pm and the heat pump was fixed by 3:26pm. He first said that they would come by tomorrow (Friday) but then he asked my husband how old he was. When he told him that he was 82 the owner, James Riggins, said he would be right over! Super nice.
