I dealt with Erin and she was *wonderful*. I have to say, to this day, I have no idea how this crew staged, then later vacated our home so quickly. Bottom line is, our first showing after Design Perfect inc., staged it, we got an offer. I can't tell you how many open houses this home had had in the two previous times that it was on the market! They showed off our incredible view to great effect and they made our home feel homey and cozy - even with two-story ceiling and open architecture. I can't say enough about their patience, professionalism and the value for the dollar. If you think home staging is expensive, go ahead and try the alternative - sitting on your mortgage, taxes, utilities and an empty home. Even if you are not desperate, this can become an enormous time and energy burden. As for us, I wish that we would have hired Design Perfect inc., two years earlier... I can't tell you the heart ache and many, many, many thousands of dollars they would likely have saved us. They were professional and friendly even in dealing with broken furniture (our fault - a tourer broke the bed somehow) and the toughest, most unreasonable home buyers I've encountered in my time of buying and selling four homes. Design Perfect arrived and vacated upon demand (even unreasonable demand). Without them, we may have had zero demand, so I try not to complain about my buyers ;) Give Design Perfect inc., Erin and crew a chance - don't sit on your house.

The…read moreshowroom is big and there are plenty of floor models (this is unusual given the price of floor space in Bellevue), we loved that we didn't have to drive out to Lynwood or down to Renton to look for quality furniture in a large showroom. The staff at this location are nothing short of AMAZING!! They don't rush the customers, they encourage the customer to incorporate their lifestyle into the design concept. The staff have a great eye for design and they can take measurements and even create renderings to show you what your piece will look like integrated into your overall design. It's amazing. The customer service is EXCELLENT! I would like to call out Mary Shattuck, the Showroom Manager, Hannah James, one of their design consultants, and Russell Worley, another of their design consultants, for providing EXCEPTIONAL attention to detail and care in handling customers needs. These people spend time with each customer to ensure that the optional selection is made to integrate into the customer's lifestyle and for the space. There are a lot of different styles and manufacturers to choose from and they have a wide variety of fabrics, colors, and surfaces. I found that this location is super convenient for folks on the East side of town. There is parking under the building that is free on weekends and can be validated if it's during the week. KUDOS to this entire staff and to their amazing management and design team. I would give them SIX stars if I could. They treat their customers with good old-fashioned care and respect. I really enjoyed my experience there and I highly recommend it. My purchases were made in May of 2023 and again in October of 2023.

If you're seeking reliable service where you can simply pay and trust the process, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere this company falls short on the fundamentals of customer care.

The team was incredibly patient throughout the entire process, making sure we received the answers and information we needed. We first contacted Armada a couple of years before actually starting construction so we could explore different project scopes and costs. At no point did we ever feel unwelcome, pressured, or like we were a bother. Everyone was responsive and took the time to thoroughly look into options for us. First, I want to say that what initially sold us on using Armada was Robin, our project consultant. She was simply the best! Her helpfulness, knowledge, and warm personality were absolutely top-notch. Omar, our project manager, always kept us informed and was very accommodating to our needs. We were concerned about the security of our pet during construction and her accidentally getting out. This was never an issue when we expressed our concern with Omar. Omar made sure the workers were aware of our concerns and was even understanding when we preferred not to leave a key in a lockbox for worker access to help us feel more comfortable with this situation. We know this created extra work for him, but he never treated it as an issue or inconvenience. He consistently checked in to make sure we were satisfied and encouraged us to voice any concerns we had. He was easy to talk to, and we always felt comfortable being honest with him. We were also fortunate to have the Vlads working on our project. They were always professional and delivered high-quality workmanship. As with any construction project, we experienced a few issues along the way. However, Armada made sure those issues were addressed to our satisfaction and took responsibility for ensuring everything was corrected. We truly appreciate that they stand behind their work.
