The team was incredibly patient throughout the entire process, making sure we received the answers and information we needed. We first contacted Armada a couple of years before actually starting construction so we could explore different project scopes and costs. At no point did we ever feel unwelcome, pressured, or like we were a bother. Everyone was responsive and took the time to thoroughly look into options for us. First, I want to say that what initially sold us on using Armada was Robin, our project consultant. She was simply the best! Her helpfulness, knowledge, and warm personality were absolutely top-notch. Omar, our project manager, always kept us informed and was very accommodating to our needs. We were concerned about the security of our pet during construction and her accidentally getting out. This was never an issue when we expressed our concern with Omar. Omar made sure the workers were aware of our concerns and was even understanding when we preferred not to leave a key in a lockbox for worker access to help us feel more comfortable with this situation. We know this created extra work for him, but he never treated it as an issue or inconvenience. He consistently checked in to make sure we were satisfied and encouraged us to voice any concerns we had. He was easy to talk to, and we always felt comfortable being honest with him. We were also fortunate to have the Vlads working on our project. They were always professional and delivered high-quality workmanship. As with any construction project, we experienced a few issues along the way. However, Armada made sure those issues were addressed to our satisfaction and took responsibility for ensuring everything was corrected. We truly appreciate that they stand behind their work.

From the first inquiry to the final touches my husband and I felt like Armada truly wanted us to love the final product. We started working with Charlie and Aya with the design phase which we felt like they really listened to our needs provided two options that meshed and ended up becoming what we have today. They got to know us so well through the process that they knew if we would or wouldn't like something or not as soon as we asked "what if we did....". From there Jacob our PM and his team took the design and made it a masterpiece! Jacob kept us well informed on the daily and weekly going ons and his team were so nice to work with that their daily presence is missed. It was an experience that neither me nor my husband expected, and would recommend them time and again for anyone's remodeling needs.

The guest bathroom was one of two remaining areas in the house that have not been remodeled. Kitchen being the other room! I didn't take any pics of the original bathroom, but you can imagine a lot of ugly yellow-ish and white surfaces. The flooring was some single piece yellow vinyl. Not that the house was cheaply made, but the original materials were mostly "meh", with a lot of yellow hues. Anyway, I had a few requirements from DHC on what the new bathroom needed: 1 - More warm colors. 2 - No vinyls or linoleums. Only tiles and wood. 3 - Tub walls needed to be tiles, no plastic. 3 - Prefer black colored trims. Render #1 - Using shower curtains. Render #2 - Using sliding glass doors. We picked #2. Unfortunately, the glass doors are not yet done at the time of this review, so nothing to show yet. If I was to guess, it'd probably end up looking a lot like in the render, but that's pretty much how much we liked the end result. Communication was great, we got offline end-of-day updates just about every day. Every effort was made by the contractors to localize their work and keep things as tidy as possible. In the end, we got exactly what we wanted. The final result looked exactly like in the render, with expected deviations based on adjustments that we made during construction. These guys are the real deal!
