Love this store so much it's super Y2K! Could be a bit more affordable but I love that they drop new styles every Wednesday! The employees were super helpful when I needed a specific size for a dress I wanted, and they looked in the entire store for it until they were able to find it. Will be coming back to shop again! read more

I literally come in here atleast once a month. Maybe more. I spend quite a bit of money here! lately so much of their merchandise is broken, stained, deodorant marks. Now I was just told I had to leave because I had a coffee.... seriously WOW. Is there new management or something. I always come here for last minute outfits for events and usually never dissapoints. They have cute clothes in style but the customer service is the reason for the low stars. I usually always feel like I'm being watched when shopping but yesterday was it for me. I grabbed a couple items while walking around for a good 20 min. When i was ready to try on the items i picked, i approached an employee. She asked how many i had, and before i could answer the Asian owner blurted "SIX" Walking from behind me as if she had been counting as i picked up each item. As soon as i was done, i put the clothes i didn't want on the return rack and she quickly came from behind the cash register to count my items. read more

I like this place I do, the clothes are alright and really expensive for the quality but the clothes are cute. But every time I go I get watched like a hawk I can't hold any clothes every-time I take clothes off a rack they tell me to put it on theirs I can't carry anything. They seriously think I'm stealing or something. And when I'm trying on the dresses they're in the area with me and watching me and my friends, I am so uncomfortable every-time I'm there and I hate coming in there, but because it's close to my house I go some times and I went yesterday and I just won't go back I'm tired of feeling watched and uncomfortable shopping for a dress. read more

I was in desperate need for an anniversary gift for my girlfriend and came to buy her some clothes, the store had exactly what I needed and at a reasonable price. The small Asian women was as kind as ever and made me feel welcome when entering the store. Along with my shopping I stopped one of the workers, a small white girl, probably 17 or 18 and she helped me find the right fit. I would definitely recommend coming to this store as the clothes were good quality and a decent price and the outstanding customer service. read more

Never again will I come here the management is horrible and if you have kids be prepared to me stared at hard core. Not only this but the customer service is rude. Their clothes are nice but low quality and high price. Everything might seem eye pleasing but there are better stores out there honestly girls. read more

What a nightmare of a manager/owner. She's treated me like a 14 year old numerous times, when counting pieces of clothing to try on. She's horrible to her employees in front of customers and I've seen her make 1 cry. Today, she actually wouldn't replace a bra with tags that I bought 3 days ago, even though it's sewn wrong & I there's no way for the straps to lay flat. Just changing it for identical one would work. I've shopped there for 5 years and she still treats me like a stranger. I definitely would spend $100s if it wasn't for her. For now, I only shop there when desperate. And the fashions are perfect for me. To bad cruelly devil is ruling with a tin foil fist. read more

I have been in this store multiple times throughout the past couple years hoping just maybe this time I will get decent customer service because I like their selection of clothes. Unfriendly employees, and manager. The Asian woman who usually rings people up (manager) is so rude & impolite. I've been here quite a few times & all times have been bad due to the store owner. She's the old Korean lady that usually rings people up. The clothes are cute but nothing unique. Stuff I can find from Papaya or forever 21 for even less. I went in today & I experienced the manager and their whole staff light up with joy with this girl came in bringing milk tea for everyone. I saw the owner smile, converse with the girl like she was her long lost daughter or something. Then I went up to pay with my mom & the owner was standing at one side of the checkout counter drinking her milk tea. When we stepped to her side thinking that's where we check out at, she shook her head and went "mmm" with a mouthful of milk tea & nodding her head to the other side. Meaning we're at the wrong side for checkout. How rude already. We stand there &I she says nothing. No smile or anything. I stand there and purposesly look elsewhere to see if she'll tell me my total or not. Nope. When she got done ringing up my items she just spread her hands out for my card. Wtf. Afterwards I did say "thank you" & all I got back was a nod. Wtf. Is a simple "thank you, see you again" not worth telling to the people who's helping you pay rent? If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. read more

I have never been to a store as awful as this! Worst customer service ever! When I was shopping Saturday i tried several items on and not once did she check on my in the dressing room and I was needing different sizes so I had to redress and go out and find the items and find her all over to get me another room. I ended up buying an item and went to exchange for a new size on Monday. I never wore the outfit. It still had tags attached with receipt and it had somehow gotten a hole since I bought it. I was just wanting to exchange the size and never even knew there was a hole. They couldn't do it because of the hole. Which tells me they know they sell worthless clothing. Only shop here if you enjoy wasting your money and horrible customer service! read more

I've been in this store several times now, & for some reason each experience is worse than the last. Today, I was browsing around looking & I had at least 10 clothes in my hand (getting hard to carry & shop) & not ONE out of the 6 girls working asked if I needed help or if I wanted to start a fitting room. Not to mention there was literally no one in there shopping but me. Then when I get to the cash register (with my 7 or so items) I had to wait for at least 5 minutes. While she's ringing everything up I had picked out this suede button up skirt (I had been looking for this skirt for months but could not find one that fit me right & finally I did) one of the ladies walks up & goes "Um, you can't buy just that it came in a set." Well, when I picked it out there were several altogether in one section with no matching top to be seen. I tell her this & she goes & picks up the top. (I was thinking the top came with the skirt not an additional $30 charge for a top I didn't even want) Just when I'm about to hand her the card I realize the additional cost, so I asked if I could somehow purchase just the skirt since they were separately priced. She says "Nope, it's a set." Even though I really wanted that skirt, I was not about to pay $60 for it. So I left without it sadly.... But wow. The literal definition of the WORST customer service. Guess I will be spending my money else where from now on. read more

My sisters and I usually stop by to shop at our 2 favorites Playtos Closet and Sam Moons. As I looked across the street and saw this shop , I decided to take a look at Upscale. The prices were a bit pricey. My sister found a cute top in the sale section she decided to buy. We went up to the check out counter and there was nobody around... As minutes pass by in silence I finally here a young girl ask us if we need help, "yes please" I answer. The girl and some of her coworkers are all searching for Miss Naa . Miss Naa is no were to be found, finely a little Asian women (miss Naa) comes to the counter with nothing to say! Complete utter silence from her... Not even a sorry for your wait, how are you, did you find everything? She grabbed the shirt out of my sisters hands rang it up and just stares at us. I wait for her to tell us our total still says nothing... I ask "and what will be our total...) still nothing... . The cash register does say our total but as a cashier I did expect her to repeat the total not just give us a rude glare. My sister hands over her money and she takes it out of her hand And hands over her change she says "here's ya change" . She speaks!!!! I said in my head. We say thank you and we get an mmhmm. Well that will be the last time we shop there. Miss Naa seems very unprofessional and not good at retail. I guess we will just stick with Sam Moons and Playtos closet :) . read more
