Worst customer service. Horrible management. Employees have no sense of urgency. Manager was trying to be passive aggressive by making indirect statements about how customers are trying to rush her cashier and that we have no patience when that was absolutely not the case. After hauling 20 things in my arms and not having a single employee offer to start me a fitting room, I decided to try on all I had. I looked around for help and the manager was just chatting away like an idiot, not even acknowledging the customers. Then I had to hurry and meet a client for work, which isn't their problem, I understand that, but if your cashier is new or slow, it'd be cool to acknowledge it or say something like "I'm sorry, she's in training." OR "thanks for your patience, our machines are down." I would be able to empathize with that, instead she said "Sometimes customers are in a hurry and they try to rush you, don't mind them, it's not your fault, they're just impatient." No ma'am. That may be the case with others, but it was not the case with me. Impatient is if you guys provided excellent customer service and I was being difficult or rude or still in a hurry. I was polite and patient and then lost patience towards the end of my transaction due to their lack of consideration to me, as a consumer. And even then I didn't say anything because the cashier was nice, even though she was slow moving. The clothes are nice and decently priced. Some items are over priced for the quality that it provides but overall the store is decent. The manager needs to take an HR and PR class, and pay attention to her customers and lead by example instead of talking behind the cash wrap. The cute blonde in the fitting room was sweet though. As well as the other employees, even though they didn't offer to start me a fitting room, I think that's just inexperience, which is forgivable. read more

I dropped my stuff off the middle of May, did not go on the floor until the middle of June. First check was at the end of July. I was told July 26th that I had $30 on my account but when I asked what my Check would be in August, I was told nothing and I would have to wait until September. I just called September 18th and I was told that I missed the 15th cut off so I would not get a check until October! WHAT! They have no clue what they are doing and will just argue! I'm done and can't wait until this nightmare is over!

Out of curiosity, we brought the exact same bags to Plato's Closet beforehand. They offered us over $200 for everything. So clearly, the "condition" wasn't the issue.
