It was insured for full value, and the damage required it to be shipped back to me, repaired and retested, and then reshipped to my customer. The Manager at the store fought me all the way, and the UPS Capital insurance carrier refused to pay for the damage and the cost of shipping and insuring the system from and then back to my customer at a net loss to me of ~$2000.00 plus my time. Based on the way I was treated I will never use this store again.

When I asked where I could find a stand to hold paper beside my computer so I could copy the information, an employee walked me over and helped me find exactly what I needed. My only complaint would be that there is often no one at the cash register. Then I notice that the light is not on and I have to walk over to the copy desk to get checked out.

I check the tracking on the web-site. It now says on Home Depot site it will be here on July 2, 2021. There web-site says they have not determined a delivery date. I need this to get work done and now it is going to be almost 2 weeks after promised delivery. The worst part is you know its sitting in their warehouse just waiting to go!
