So I ordered a TV from Crutchfield, who are also Great, UPS said it would be delivered yesterday and they would call first when they were in the area. I waited from 07:00- 9:00 at night, nothing. I tried to contact ups and got this terribly outdated AI garbage that repeated what their site said. No phone# to call, terrible. So the driver shows up this morning at 07:00 complaining to me that he tried to call all day yesterday. I checked with Crutchfield and my # was correct. So he was going to leave my tv outside in the middle of a major snowstorm, which started this morning. No apology just him bellyaching about how he had to drive to Telluride next for a delivery. I would select zero stars if that were an option. The first scheduled delivery date did not happen because the representative at T Force Freight claimed that the shipment was still on the train and not yet at the terminal. No phone call or any kind of notification that the shipment was not going to be delivered on the designated day. Fast forward to today, the second scheduled delivery date. The delivery did not happen today either. This time the driver became ill. No phone call nor notification of any kind. We will give it one more try only because I really want the shipment, but the company is unreliable in deliveries and communication. I will never use this company again. read more

UPS Freight won't deliver to my address, so I have to pick up shipments at this terminal. First, you must drive through a gate with a sign that says "No Privately Owned Vehicles Beyond This Point". You drive to the UPS Freight building, and locate a small "CUSTOMER PICKUP" sign. You're just to supposed to know to go up the ramp, wander though a bunch of people's shipments, find the employees' office door, go through the back offices, and go through a door so you can wait at a counter. Then, when the person at the counter is done making small talk with all the drivers in front of you, ask for your shipment. Next, go back outside and wait at the CUSTOMER PICKUP sign. This has been the absolute worst delivery experience in my life. Was supposed to get a replacement tub delivered July 13th, the first one was cracked and damaged. It is July 21 and there are no signs of where my bathtub is or when it will be delivered. I have had two deliveries from UPS Freight. The first one they scheduled to deliver 2 times and no showed both times. Finally, they told me they had lost my shipment. Total abomination of an operation. The list of things this place does right would be a shorter post to write by far. If you read no further, just take this into consideration: avoid having your freight come through this place at all costs. I ordered cabinets for a new kitchen and was pleasantly surprised when this office called me to schedule a delivery appointment since the cabinets came in earlier than expected. Awesome. So I agreed to an appointment....to be delivered on 28 July, between 10am and 3 pm. That should have been my first red flag. between 10 am and 3pm? Really? The target window is essentially an entire work day? Can't get any more precise than that? Okay, fine. I'll bit the bullet and sit at home all day, waiting on this delivery. Well, it never came. And when I called them at 3:30pm to find out what happened, they tell me someone was supposed to call and tell me it wasn't coming. Second red flag...no one called. Oh, and the reason why it wasn't delivered....they didn't unload it fast enough in receiving. Well, why did you call and schedule an appointment with me, and then not unload the actual package?!?! I rescheduled delivery for today between 3-6pm. In preparation, I called this office in the morning to confirm all was good to go. I was assured that my package was on the truck and ready to go. And I just checked the website to find an exception. When calling in and being passed around to 5 different people who were all useless, I was told that again, someone should have called me (no one did...again) to tell me my package wasn't loaded on the truck before it left so it didn't make it on the delivery truck. Are you kidding ME??!?!?! What kind of operation are you running here?!??!?! I was waiting for my freight shipment coming from Illinois and as I was tracking it ended up at this facility and then it just magically disappeared, now this isn't just a little box it's a big freight shipment on a pallet those things don't just disappear you don't lose stuff like that. And from other reviews that I've read they lose a lot of freight shipments and I don't think they're losing them I think someone stealing them I mean how many freight pallets can you really lose. Friend packaged and dropped off shipping for several thousand dollars worth of collectibles which he was selling to a friend of mine with me as the middleman. The package was looted at the facility and UPS refutes the proof in electronic communications that there was an agreed sale in the amount of $1000.00 USD. Now it will take at least two more days to deliver again? What? My home is clearly labeled, I have received all of my amazon, etc shipments. This review is for RAC, but I'm unhappy with UPS for contracting out shipment with them. I wouldn't give RAC one star for their horrible service ...I would prefer to give zero stars. Our company has used RAC for shipping goods from our Denver area location to trade shows in the US and Canada. There was ALWAYS some kind of issue, and they had to badgered to do their job. The employees act as if you are bothering them by being there. So we stopped using them. Recently, we needed to ship a skid of product to Delaware. We chose UPS as our shipper, and for some reason they contracted the shipment through RAC. The shipment was to leave on July 10, and as I write this review, it is July 15, and my shipment is STILL sitting in their warehouse in Denver. However, it not THEIR fault it is still there. So I'm supposed to access their warehouse on a daily basis to check if they're doing their job? It's ridiculous. I concur with the other reviewers: I don't understand why they are still in business. They are the complete opposite of everything you want in s shipping company. They are unprofessional, unreliable, they are not dependable one bit. I doubt they will take the responsibility to get my shipment to Delaware, but I'm holding out hope for this LAST EVER shipment through RAC. I should post this on the UPS site, as well. After reading the comments here I really thought I was going to be in for a bad time heading down to pickup a package, but all in it was a pretty good and very 'UPS' experience. Once I found my way to the correct desk, they pointed me to where I needed to get my vehicle and loaded a few pallets in the back of the bed in a fairly reasonable amount of time. A few tips for going there: * This isn't exactly the most customer centric UPS location. To get to the desk to start the pickup process you need to go through the 'driver's lounge' area. They're generally used to dealing with truck drivers, not someone that ordered something truck freight and showed up with a Prius. * Ignore the 'no private vehicles past this point signs' you'll see those at most UPS distribution centers. They are more of a 'no employee vehicles past this point. read more

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I highly recommend not utilizing UPS freight in the future (at least in the Denver metro area at this location). UPS freight in Commerce City is littered with horrible reviews of missed deliveries, on google, with absolutely zero notifications.  I have found that to be completely true in my case.  A delivery appointment was initially scheduled for last Friday, but the package was shipped to Denver late, presumably due to COVID.  In this instance they called us to reschedule the delivery appointment and all was well (probably because it was stuck at a different terminal that was not in Commerce City).  However, this week I have had to take 2 days off work in order to receive this package that was never delivered, with no notifications whatsoever.  It is now rescheduled for delivery tomorrow evening, but I have very little confidence that will happen as when I called them last night, they also assured me it would be delivered today (resulting in another day off work).  Speaking with the delivery manager at the UPS Freight Terminal, I even offered to drive up to get it as I simply cannot have it delivered when I am not home as it is a very expensive item.  There are too many porch pirates around here that will not hesitate to take it off my hands.  However, they said even if I drive up there, they will NOT unload it from the truck for me to do a pickup and I will HAVE to wait for delivery.  Here's the thing, delays happen, especially with this year due to COVID...that's not my problem.  My problem is that there was absolutely ZERO concern for my schedule/life and horrible customer service from UPS Freight.  All it would have taken was a heads up that the delivery could not happen ahead of time and I could have easily adjusted my schedule.  Instead I got 2 days off work and still don't have my delivery. Not a lot u can do wrong at a UPS pick up center but we were the only customers and got ignored for 3min by four employees who were all standing right in front of us and we're talking about someone's iPhone which got wet... The employee who helped us out in the end was very friendly and got our package fast from the back. read more

If there was a zero star rating, they would get it! Drove to 3 different UPS facilities to ship an unopened Sunsetter awning I purchased a few years ago. Couldn't accept at the 1st location. Too long for the 2nd location who weighed and measured it and referred me to the main freight facility. Gave measurements and weight at 3rd location who had me fill out a form indicating where the awning was to be shipped. Cashier told me I would receive a better price if I had an account. Since I don't have a personal UPS account, they looked up my business account #. They classified the awning and gave me a $360 price. I paid with a personal check that was cashed within a week. The awning was shipped to my parents and installed. Over a month later, I received a call at work from UPS collections. They claimed the awning went through a random inspection and had been classified wrong. They sent my business a bill for $1,177.20 and threatened to suspend our account indefinitely! After months of emails they offered me a "DEAL" for $589.00. The deal, plus the shipping charge I already paid exceeded the purchase price of the awning. Unwilling to pay for their mistake, I was sent to an outside collections firm whose invoice was now $1,477.26. I'm turning to the BBB for resolution as the invoice the outside collections firm sent me states what the item was, where it was shipped and says QUOTE HONORED. It also reflects my $360.00 payment, personal check # and shows a balance due of $0.00. read more
