My husband went into the store to at least request a refund for the shipping cost since the package never actually made it. The employee working at the time said he couldn't start the claim, took my husband's information, and told him he would call or email us soon, which never happened. We never received any follow-up at all. For how expensive UPS shipping is, the customer service here is extremely disappointing. On a previous visit, the woman working was unwelcoming and very short. Overall, this location lacks accountability and basic customer care. Because of this experience, I will never use UPS to ship again ..at least not from this location.

The shopping carts in the lot not cleared from another store was annoying. The store is a large full service offering shipping, packaging, copy, fax and more. The staff was friendly and processed my outgoing shipment quickly. A receipt was provided for tracking. The delivery was a day later than promised with the cold. I would return and recommend.

I received an email indicating packages were delivered. One was delivered on 9/24/2025, so I went to this store on 9/29/2025 to pick up my packages. I was handed two (2) small items. There was still one (1) missing, that I was not aware of at the time. I returned to this store on 10/02/2025 because additional packages were delivered. I also checked my mailbox. Packages: Again, on 10/02/25, I was handed two small packages. I informed the associate that a package was delivered on 9/24/2025 that I did not receive 3-days prior with my last package pickup. I was told there were no other packages for me. Using my cell phone, I retrieved my email containing the FedEx tracking number and showed this to the associate at the counter. The associate left the counter and returned with my LARGE box. I asked, "Why wasn't this box given to me 3 days ago?" The associate referred me to the "manager" - a morbidly obese white man named "Chris." I repeated my inquiry to him. His response, "You have a lot of packages coming here and you said you have friends that deliver to your mailbox. They are not supposed to do this." Question: What does this have to do with my package sitting in your store since 9/24/2025 and it is now 10/02/2025!! Furthermore, I have since corrected my friends who were ordering items to be delivered to me---OVER A YEAR AGO!!! Chris continued to talk about packages being sent to my mailbox. I ask you, HOW DOES YOUR MANAGER KNOW WHETHER I or a FRIEND HAVE ORDERED ITEMS FOR DELIVERY to my mailbox???? And, is this the current issue in question?? Chris went on to say, "On 9/29/25 you signed for 3 items." I responded, "I was handed only 2 items." Chris then stated, "You signed for this box on 9/29/25." I asked, "Why wasn't this box given to me on 9/29/25 then?" Chris had no response. I then asked for a print out of the packages being picked up today. Chris indicated there is no way for him to do this. I then stated, "So your staff can indicate in your computer that they have given me 3 packages when in reality I was only given 2 and I have no proof of this because NOTHING appears on the computer screen when I sign for my packages? This opens the door for dishonesty, on the store's part, for holding a package and not giving it to me." The manager had no significant response to provide me with. Mail: Incoming mail sits all along the counter top in rubber bands or in piles. It is not distributed to the mailboxes that people are paying monthly for. I informed the manager, Chris, about this also because in the past I have waited DAYS to retrieve expected mail only to find that it has been "sitting on the counter" each time I enter this store. ************ The manager's response to my package and mail concerns I presented, "If you dont like it, you dont have to renew your mailbox when it's due." With that said, I am now in the process of determining who I will have a new PO box with once my current UPS mailbox lease ends. The manager's response was unprofessional and, in my opinion, is not reflective of who/what UPS stands for. The UPS parent store needs to place a closer watch on the individually owned and operated locations. They are not doing a very good job at all. You have lost a once valued customer. But these were two packages I wanted to see in someone's hand. The counter employee couldn't have been nicer. And I was given a receipt with the tracking number. I can't speak to the pricing since both packages were prepaid. The business is located on the north side of Northampton Boulevard not too far east of Norfolk Premium Outlets & the entrance & exit ramps to I-64. The spacious store that's meticulously clean is located in a small shopping center whose exterior is pleasant & appealing. Parking is plentiful. Not just shipping, copy services & shipping supplies were offered. I was surprised to see greeting cards, books, office supplies, electronic device accessories and much more. The organization of the various displays was nicely done. The size of the store allowed for plenty of room for its various offerings. There was absolutely no crowding, which I loved. It's not fun to try to squeeze between store displays. The FedX Center led me into wandering around to see what they sold. Bravo!

My husband and I stopped by a few minutes later and were helped by Bri. My husband was wearing a white Polo shirt and she let him know that white shirts are often denied because the background of the photo is white. My husband's shirt had some pops of color so we took his photo anyway, but then he remembered that he had a black jacket in the car and asked if he could retake the photo. Bri kindly allowed him retake his photo. After my photo was printed I noticed that there was a strong glare on my nose from the sun. I asked if I could retake my photo and Bri once again saved the day and happily retook the photo. There was a slight glare on the retake but Bri was able to get rid it by adjusting the lighting on the computer before printing the photo. Wonderful experience and very appreciative of Bri's help, patience, and customer service.

With out a doubt one of the poorest customer service experience in all my years in Logistics…read more Sure DHL transported quoted shipments from pick up to delivery. The problems started on the invoiced amounts versus what was quoted when all of the information from the quote to the shipment was the same. DHL tacks on $2,275.00 in surcharges on to the invoice, and at least $910.00 of that add on was created by the DHL's rep telling me to put the freight on 3 different pallets instead of one. So we incurred the same Surcharges 3 X's instead of once if they had stayed on one pallet. DHL's. response is I should of known about the surcharges. My question is why didn't the DHL representative put the surcharges into the quote 'they know what their surcharges are". Compounding the situation is that after the Invoice comes out the communication from my DHL rep grinds to a halt and no phone calls answered or returned. Yet magically if i called him from a different phone number he would pick up right away and assured me he would get back to me but as of yet no call back. Very sad way to do business. Already I have shipped out two more shipments using other providers and their cost come in less than DHL's ( with the surcharges included).
