They only have 2 windows open and yesterday, one woman took forever with several international shipping packages that were not ready. The other window still went slowly with unlabeled items to ship. By the time I completed my 30 second transaction and left the store, there was a backup of over 10 people waiting behind me. A couple of weeks ago on a Saturday, they were not open due to being understaffed. Many of the items I ship depend on Saturday Express Shipping and I had to drive to Ashland to make my delivery deadline. Recommendation: have an express window and if you are short staffed, the owner needs to work.
