every time a package comes to me using UPS I have to track it down . Next I have to go to the UPS Customer Center in Kenai , which has no phone and won't call me to pick up my package and many times the package is still on a truck requiring a 2nd visit by me to get a package that I've paid to receive at my home but somehow I have to be my own delivery service. And the Center is only open 2 hours which tells me the customer pick it up by there by their 2 hour schedule or else; seems to me UPS makes demands after being paid to do a job they have no intention of doing. UPS has Horrible Service. I have called them many times and they never make 1 change to help the customer. I DO Not want my packages delivered by UPS ever, but somehow shipper decide to do it without my permission. in my view UPS sucks. read more

Disappointed with my experience at UPS in Kenai. After applying and scheduling orientation, I discovered they are overstaffed, and they conveniently blame Anchorage for the application process. Two weeks of waiting only to be told this was a complete waste of my time. I even braved a winter storm for it. I strongly advise against applying here; it essentially boiled down to a flat-out refusal to hire me. Extremely dissatisfied with UPS. read more

Customer service was cordial and respectful. The woman who helped me was of advanced age and unfortunately, she made three mistakes on my shipping label, including an incorrect return address. We even gave this woman a computer printed address in large easy to read font, and she still made three mistakes. I didn't realize her mistake until I was already home and had to call the 1-800 number and speak to someone in the Philippines about the wrong address. So note to anyone shipping here... make sure you double check the employees work. read more

I came here…read morebecause family members told me to try it; short lines and postal clerks and customers wore face masks. They told me it wasn't crowded, in contrast to the Soldotna Post Office which had long lines going out the door with Holiday packages. A short line, I was third, and my Holiday shipping experience was excellent. This Post Office is over 10 miles from Soldotna, so I don't expect to use it often. However, it will be my first choice during trying times to ship parcels.
