They told me it wasn't crowded, in contrast to the Soldotna Post Office which had long lines going out the door with Holiday packages. A short line, I was third, and my Holiday shipping experience was excellent. This Post Office is over 10 miles from Soldotna, so I don't expect to use it often. However, it will be my first choice during trying times to ship parcels.

Disappointed with my experience at UPS in Kenai. After applying and scheduling orientation, I…read morediscovered they are overstaffed, and they conveniently blame Anchorage for the application process. Two weeks of waiting only to be told this was a complete waste of my time. I even braved a winter storm for it. And the Center is only open 2 hours which tells me the customer pick it up by there by their 2 hour schedule or else; seems to me UPS makes demands after being paid to do a job they have no intention of doing. UPS has Horrible Service. I have called them many times and they never make 1 change to help the customer. I DO Not want my packages delivered by UPS ever, but somehow shipper decide to do it without my permission. in my view UPS sucks.

I would not recommend doing business with Printer's Ink or the Peninsula Clarion paper delivery…read moreservice solely because the "manager" Doug Munn is extremely disrespectful. I have heard from more than a handful of other local people that he has terrible customer service. And charging $150 for 1000 low quality business and punch cards? No thanks. You're better off ordering from Vistaprint, which is probably where his cards from, and you can get 2500 cards for only $122! His pricing is definitely a scam. I have also heard from others that he treats local food industry servers very poorly. Nobody needs to give this mean man any business. Just an FYI: in a small town, you must treat your local community with kindness and professionalism, because word gets around fast!

I enjoy supporting local but not at this place. They could not even produce a simple printing job for me. They said what I needed was too difficult for them and would require training (???). Save yourself the headache and the rude snide comments from their staff, go elsewhere!
