I tried many times to have a calm tone, avoid upsetting her while being direct, but she literally does not care. This woman justified her awful behavior and treatment because she's working on her day off and she's off tomorrow. I hope she's not the owner because it was hands down one of the worst interactions I've ever had. There was a younger girl working and seemed nice, but she's probably in the same position as the rest of us, stuck dealing with this lady, Soldotna Wash and Dry, I can see many others have had this experience, I hope this review is taken seriously because this woman was simply awful.

J&H fixed it right away. Now, in 2025, the old vacuum just kept running while the switch was in the "off" position. So, back to J&H I go. My contact data was still in their system, and they knew they fixed that switch 9 years ago! This time a small plastic slider just wore out in the switch. A new switch and labor for less than $27.00 and the old vacuum might go for another 9 years, ha-ha!

They told me it wasn't crowded, in contrast to the Soldotna Post Office which had long lines going out the door with Holiday packages. A short line, I was third, and my Holiday shipping experience was excellent. This Post Office is over 10 miles from Soldotna, so I don't expect to use it often. However, it will be my first choice during trying times to ship parcels.

Main room is smaller washer dryers , by change machine is a back room with larger washer dryers. Washers 2.50 each load in main room and 4.00 large one in back, dryers are 25cents for 6 minutes.
