My husband has terrible foot pain with several issues. After his first visit with Dr. Wiles his foot pain was dramatically improved. He was really impressed with how thorough Dr. Wiles examination was for the first visit. Highly recommend this doctor. read more

Receptionist is rude. My grandmother was supposed to have a prescription sent in after her visit Friday. It didn't go through. Was told today that the physician was out, no one knew when she would be back, and they didn't know if anyone else could send it in. read more

We scheduled this appointment several weeks ago bc we were told that the Hixson office took our insurance. We planned a vacation around this appointment and cut it short to make sure we could make it. Receiving this email a few hours before the appointment is completely unprofessional. If someone had contacted me a few days earlier, we could have continued our much needed vacation. Like many during the pandemic, this was our first opportunity for a vacation. I will not use this business and encourage others to go elsewhere. I think it's important that this business recognizes that an email a few hours before the appointment is unacceptable, unprofessional and not customer centered. Update: The office called a few hours later to offer us an appointment at their Ft. Oglethorpe office for later in the afternoon. Unfortunately, we had a scheduling conflict, but wanted to update this post. read more

I would give 0 stars if I could! I was 5 minutes late to my appointment. I walked in and spoke to the receptionist and another woman who worked there (photo attached), was standing on the other side of the counter and was talking to the receptionist as if I wasn't even standing there. She said "well she's 30mins late". I said "no ma'am my appointment is at 3:30, it's 3:35" and she said "well whatever you're still late and you'll probably have to be rescheduled". I was APPALLED she said the word "whatever" all while not making eye contact mind you. I said "so because I'm 5 mins late my whole entire appt has to be rescheduled?" And she said "you know what ma'am, I do what I'm told so we're going to have to see if the dr has time to see you". There was no cars in the parking lot, no one in the waiting room. So I patiently waited and was end up told I needed to rescheduled. I told this woman who spoke so poorly to me that I did not appreciate the way she spoke to me, she spoke over me and raised her voice on the phone. Told me the girls "would back her up that she didn't say whatever to me". I mean it was despicable the way she spoke me as a customer. I've seen Dr Brand before, she was very nice. But because of how incredibly ill this woman was, I will never step foot in this office again. The worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. read more

Upperline Health Hixson - Rudest woman ever award goes to!! - Podiatrists Near Me - Hixson, Tennessee

Avoid at all costs. Horrible service, zero follow up, and they refused to release the MRI results (that I paid for) to my orthopedic even after the doctor's office called directly during my appointment. And to even get my results they wanted me to schedule and pay for another appointment. Extremely unprofessional. I will not be returning. Felt like a big money scam. read more

I don't like to give less than stellar reviews but sometimes it is merited. At 60 years old with less perfect health, I have seen a lot lot of health care professionals as a patient. In addition, I am a registered nurse with a background in adult, pediatric, and neonatal intensive care for over 20 years in hospitals all over the country. I know it is a demanding field with a lot of challenges. Furthermore, I usually have a very positive experience with my health care providers. That being said, I have never felt more like I had received more assembly line like care than I did in this office. I doubt that the doctor spent more than than 2 minutes with me during each visit. Aside from the time issue, there was an impression of hurry, briskness, and even boredom during the experience. However, there was one female nursing assistant of the group who managed some smiles and the receptionists were very nice. Obviously, I will look elsewhere for more personalized podiatry needs in the future. read more

I was a little leary because of the reviews, but I was really happy with the service. While they were not all smiles, they got everything right and the Dr there was awesome. Fixed my ingrown toenail on one visit. Would recommend. read more

Dr. Shelley Brand is not only my podiatrist, but also my daughter's, my granddaughter's & my son-in-law's. Originally her office was in East Brainerd, which was very convenient & had a larger waiting room with a more inviting atmosphere. She was moved to Hixson, which isn't convenient, but we gladly drive the extra miles & time because she is the best. She is professional, but also personable, caring, & explains our situations so we can understand. If you have a foot or ankle problem, call for an appointment with Dr. Brand...you cannot do better! read more
