After one hour, the tire rotation was finally completed and then it took another 30 minutes for the oil change. So, I was kept waiting 30 minutes longer than expected and I paid over $30 more than the dealership would have charged me for the oil change. Live and learn.

The contracts were thorough but easy to understand, communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and having the invoice available online made paying quick and incredibly convenient. He replaced the brakes and rotors on my Jeep, and unfortunately the very next day one of the wheels started smoking badly again. Instead of disappearing after the job was done like some mechanics might, he answered my call immediately, came right out, diagnosed the real issue, and found that the brake flex hose had internally collapsed, causing the caliper to seize against the rotor. Even though it wasn't something that could have reasonably been predicted during the original repair, he stayed until everything was fixed and my Jeep was safely back on the road. That level of integrity, accountability, and customer service is incredibly rare. He genuinely cares about his customers and stands behind his work. You can tell he isn't just trying to get the job done--he wants to make sure it's done right. Finding a mechanic you can trust is hard. Finding one who's knowledgeable, honest, responsive, and willing to go above and beyond like this is even harder. I won't be taking my vehicles anywhere else, and I'll recommend him to anyone who needs a mechanic. Thank you again for everything!

I told our tow truck driver to take the car there thinking it was another place I was familiar with. I had never been to VIP but somehow the branding stayed in my mind. :) They were able to work with us while we were traveling and we are grateful. Their prices are fair and the service was excellent. We needed a battery and they were able to store the car, for a daily fee, until we could pick it up.
