Figured out and fixed the clunking in my car when others couldn't. Excellent service. Very polite.

Our car broke down on a family vacation in the area. Cornish Auto found time to fit us into their schedule. Really nice people.

There is never a good time to have a catastrophic failure with your vehicle, especially when your most recent ex-wife made your credit score head into the toilet...and being a single dad. My local credit union (a member of 14 years) wouldn't return my calls....however in searching for a buy here, pay here place I was fortunate to find Supreme. I was blunt about what I needed and what I could afford. We found a good used car with reasonable miles for the year. Nothing fancy (well it does have heated seats) just needed a grocery getter and to get to work. After I was easily approved by a finance company they work with, yeah high interest, but I was over a barrel with no options (other than begging family...) Very soon after my purchase there was an issue (kinda major) with my car, not gonna go into the details on make, model or issue. It is still a 14 year old car. Bottom line is, they stood behind the car they sold me and took great care of me. I was patient, yeah not thrilled, but hey $h!t happens. Now it did take a bit to get the issue resolved since it was an intermittent issue. But I'm confident it is now fixed. I rarely write reviews or make recommendations but there are exceptions and Supreme Cars & truck IS the exception. I cannot express enough on how wonderful my experience was with Jeff, Shawn & Bob. I got a vehicle that had very high mileage on it and I paid a high monthly payment on it for almost four years, and by the time the loan was almost paid off the vehicle was worthless. That being said, Shawn was friendly, helpful and accommodating, and up until the last time I got my vehicle repaired there I was quite pleased with what I was charged for repairs. Shawn also worked with me on repairs that were covered by my warranty and treated me fairly. The result of buying a car from this business and making my payments on time was greatly improved credit. I recommend this dealership to anyone who is in dire need of a vehicle and has lousy credit. They will help you out.

Car is a 2022 CX 30, purchased from another NH dealership. Decided to use Mcgee as its only minutes from my house. I have an extended warranty purchased through Mazda, and was told if warranty work needed to be done I would be charged, or would have to bring the car to a dealership 40 miles away or further. Fought this conSept with their Service Manager. Contacted the Service Manager from where I bought the car and he said he has never heard of such a thing and to bring it to them! Car only needed a battery (only lasted 2 years). I questioned the warranty of the new battery. Service Manager at Mcheese said 1 year only. As I was looking at the info on the Mazda website it states 3 years! We went round and round on this until he looked it up! No sorry, or apology, just a snotty remarks of, guess you're right. Picked up car and went to write on the battery the date and mileage it was installed to only find a set of vice grips left under my hood! Let's round those bolts off VS using sockets! Since then I have purchased tires, and had 2 warranty repairs done at Werner Mazda in Manchester where they have treated me like gold, no arguing with their staff and have supplied me with a loaner vehicle on both rerepair visits. It's ashame that I cannot use the dealership a few miles from my house due to poor service (customer and actual service).

Mackenzie was unbelievably helpful, amazingly patient, wonderfully understanding, and a blast to work with. She was thoroughly knowledgeable about the cars we were looking at, and we felt confident we were getting accurate information. We cannot recommend her highly enough - she made coming to MacGee Mazda a pleasure! We will be back. Kevin and Lynne

My experience at Dan O'Brien Subaru in Claremont, New Hampshire yesterday validates the painful…read morecliche about unethical car salesmen. After working out a deal on the phone--with offers confirmed repeatedly over text--on a trade-in of my existing Crosstrek and a lease of a new Outback Wilderness, I visited Dan O'Brien Subaru psyched to leave with a new car. After waiting for almost 20 minutes for the sales manager's time, my wife and I sat down at a table intending to sign paperwork to complete the transaction we had agreed to before coming in. Instead, after making something resembling a sexist remark involving my wife, the sales manager presented me with a deal for a purchase of the car--not a lease--that would have resulted in a monthly payment almost $200 more than what we agreed to on the phone. Then, when I insisted that I see the lease deal they offered on the phone, the sales manager went back to his office for several minutes. He returned with a lease offer that was $100 more per month and shorter in lease term than what I was quoted on the phone. He claimed it was the best offer he could make. When I asked why there was such a difference between this offer and the one I was promised, he blamed the online estimation system they used to generate offers. He said that, in his time at the dealership, this had been a consistent problem: the online system seemed to always generate inaccurate offers. Bottom line: the sales manager at Dan O'Brien Subaru is knowingly--and apparently repeatedly--using an inaccurate tool to offer quoted prices that he has zero intention of honoring. I'm guessing he's doing this to lure people into the dealership in the hope that they'll agree to the higher price once they're there and see the car, etc. If I were a lawyer, I'd look into fraud charges. But I'm not, so I'll have to settle with having spent an afternoon learning to never set foot at Dan O'Brien Subaru again, and make sure that no one I care about does, either. One star because the play area they had for my kids was nice, and because free bottled water and snacks were a nice gesture.
