They not only found me an engine with low miles,at a fair price, but went the extra mile over seven weeks to make certain it was tip top PERFECT. This garage is a small, locally held operation...they will not only do you RIGHT, but also let you know what YOU should be doing to mitigate any future issues. John will absolutely tell you what you may be doing incorrectly in caring for your ride and WHY you need to give a darn about it. The guys at the Bristol NH O'Reilly Auto Parts store were phenomenal! How many reviews say that for…read moreauto parts stores. They are all helpful but these guys went above and beyond to help me. I had an electrical system problem in my Toyota Camry and was 3 hours from home vacationing at Newfound Lake (awesome lake BTW). It was a Saturday and no repair shop was open. I am fairly handy with a car buy not a mechanic by any means. When I pulled in and asked for help, they came out and diagnosed my problem. I didn't even have to ask. The issue was an alternator so I decided to tackle the job that day. Devan came out and helped me remove the belt and loosened a couple bolts so I could the alternator out. He them came out after he got out of work to help me put the new one in. I would have eventually got it in but he saved me about 3 hours. Because I was there for a few hours, I got to see how they treated other customers. Same thing, incredibly helpful to everyone who came in. Devan and guys, again, I can't thank you enough for the help you gave me that day. What a blessing!!!!
