The receptionist Evelyn said she will contact my dad's insurance company to find out what is the coverage. She got back to them stating that it was full coverage. Two months later they call us to let us know that it will not be covered and that we have to pay the full amount which was close to $2000. When my sister and I went to the clinic to find out why they have never contacted us before and why the receptionsist lied to us in the first place that it will be covered the manager Nowelia yelled at us in front of people at the mall. The receptionist said she spoke to my sister who is underage. When i confronted them as to why they were speaking to an underage the manager banged her hands on the table and got up and started yelling to my face i felt threatened. Not only did they harrass us they called the cops on us. This is the WORST service I received from a company. The people there are horrible and did not apologize once for the mistake the employees did. They did not behave in a professional manner. All they did was lie to us and threaten us! She chatted with them meeting them at their respective age level and usually, there's apprehension about the x-rays but with her, they were receptive to what needed to be done. I am so appreciative of the type and quality of care. Making appointments is also easy with frequent reminders leading up to the appointments, which is helpful with a packed weekday schedule.
