For example, My son was having severe jaw pain. He had taken dozens of Advils and when he went to this dentist, he diagnosed him with crooked teeth and told him to take Advil and he left. Braces costs a lot of money and he did not realize that he needed a solution temporarily. He also said that he wont do it because he "chooses" his cases, which AKA means that he does the easiest cases. He mainly likes to do invisalign which is much easier to do, so he clearly does his easiest cases. Later I went to another dentist and they first cleaned his teeth (which he didn't even offer to do because his hygienist was not in town) and his jaw felt much better. Now I don't feel rushed to do his braces. So if I were you and you are in pain, or need immediate relief, don't go to him. Go to him if you need a root canal or something, but don't trust him for something that involves a lot of money.

The receptionist Evelyn said she will contact my dad's insurance company to find out what is the coverage. She got back to them stating that it was full coverage. Two months later they call us to let us know that it will not be covered and that we have to pay the full amount which was close to $2000. When my sister and I went to the clinic to find out why they have never contacted us before and why the receptionsist lied to us in the first place that it will be covered the manager Nowelia yelled at us in front of people at the mall. The receptionist said she spoke to my sister who is underage. When i confronted them as to why they were speaking to an underage the manager banged her hands on the table and got up and started yelling to my face i felt threatened. Not only did they harrass us they called the cops on us. This is the WORST service I received from a company. The people there are horrible and did not apologize once for the mistake the employees did. They did not behave in a professional manner. All they did was lie to us and threaten us!
