Note there is not parking, if you must come via driving, plan ahead to give yourself time to find street parking. Otherwise taking the public transit buses is the best way to get here. The place is very clean and tidy, and making an appointment with Shannon was super easy, she is very responsive to phone text correspondence. I had an appointment with her a week ahead but was able to get on her schedule several days in advance due to phone texting that one of her prior appts had cancelled. We now understand the doctor is in different locations on different days, but we should have been told of the different location at the time of booking. The reminder call staff ( two days before the appointment) told him he needed to bring a responsible adult with him. It was a problem for me as I had to rearrange things and inconvenience another person. When we arrived, he was told his procedure only needed a local anesthetic and he didn't need anyone with him! I had been a patient of theirs (for wisdom teeth removal and jaw surgery) 30+ years ago. My impression of Argyle's team has not changed. They are outstanding. I have a deep fear of needles and very sensitive teeth. My life circumstances also make scheduling surgery more complicated than it is for most. I had a consultation with Dr. Lee this week and found him to be positive, respectful and very attentive to my fears and concerns. I only learned after receiving my first aligners that Angel Aligners were being used, and not Invisalign. * Despite following all instructions (wearing aligners as directed, using elastics, and attending appointments), my bite worsened during treatment. I developed new spacing, a persistent crooked lower tooth, difficulty chewing, and an open bite. * After repeatedly raising concerns, I was advised to continue with the same aligners and later informed that approximately 85 additional aligners and another 12+ months of treatment would be required. * I ultimately transferred my care to another orthodontist due to ongoing concerns about treatment progress. The transition involved additional expenses, distress, and difficulties obtaining my complete orthodontic records. * During termination of care, I was offered a refund conditional on signing a broad release. After I arranged continuation of treatment elsewhere, the refund offer was withdrawn, with the clinic stating only that Dr. Kershman had "changed his mind." This review reflects my personal experience regarding treatment communication, clinical concerns, continuity of care, and resolution of my concerns

But if you check with another dentist, you'll probably find out that your situation isn't so bad. Like when Dr. Greenacre wanted to do surgery on my 13-year-old's wisdom teeth even though they weren't fully grown. Thankfully, another dentist said the surgery wasn't necessary, which made us feel a lot better. The staff there are trying their best. However, Dr. Greenacre's diagnoses are unreliable, and the charges he will force you to pay are unfair.
