I was scheduled to have it re-examined in June 2020 but my appointment was canceled as Dr Mikhael was away until September. I indicated to receptionist that a lesion had developed and could I be examined by one the other dermatologists. The short and rude answer was "No" and they would call me at a later date to reschedule. I didn't see Dr. Mikhael until October. She cooly indicated I was rude to the front desk staff and I explained why I was upset. A biopsy of my ear reflected basal cell cancer. I was referred to a surgeon who was unable to remove all the cancer. I will shortly be undergoing further surgery at the Civic Hospital Mohs clinic. Can't help think this could have been avoided!

He is extremely knowledgeable and explains in detail anything that is necessary for treatment. He has a great bedside manner and loves children. Dr. Grodinsky is my number one choice for a pediatrition in the Ottawa area.

Hours after our baby was born, he then proceded to break my new born daughter's pelvis, claiming it was 'standard procedure' to check for spinal/leg alignment. So tired of dealing with his horrible approach to being a doctor (let alone a children's doctor!!) It's impossible to approach him as a trusted professional at a critical time in our child's growth and development. There has never been a feeling of trust with him, as there should be. Time we moved on to search for a real children's doctor, like the many talented ones we see at CHEO on the occasion we need to go there. My advice would be to steer clear of Grodinsky!!
