But if you check with another dentist, you'll probably find out that your situation isn't so bad. Like when Dr. Greenacre wanted to do surgery on my 13-year-old's wisdom teeth even though they weren't fully grown. Thankfully, another dentist said the surgery wasn't necessary, which made us feel a lot better. The staff there are trying their best. However, Dr. Greenacre's diagnoses are unreliable, and the charges he will force you to pay are unfair.

I was very impressed with the numbing injection for my dental work as it worked perfectly but didn't seem to last for hours on end afterwards, which is something I have experienced in the past. They also had a decent referral program. The clinic offers direct billing to insurance companies meaning you only have to pay any necessary deductibles or percentages not covered. She has looked after my fillings including a cosmetic filling, root canals and crowns, a bridge, and made me teeth whitening trays over the years. She is a very patient, thorough clinician; she explains exactly what she is doing whether it be a crown installation or an oral exam. Every time I see the hygienist , Dr McKay examines me to ensure my teeth, jaws and soft tissue are all healthy! Tara, who manages the front desk is always very helpful with scheduling, insurance claims and other documents. Appointments times are well spaced, as I never have to wait very long, if at all. As far as the cleaning yes sometimes they can be rough but I think that just comes with the territory, for me personally I always leave with a feeling of a clean mouth and a smile:) not only do I think there prices are fair they even told me when my benefits ran out and if I would like to proceed with the cleaning they told me exactly how much I'd have to pay out of pocket, that is something not many would do and for that they will have my business in the future! Ps : they also offer Invisalign treatments avilable and will be doing it through dentistree family dentistree as well!
