Well that consultation was only to investigate the complications of their surgery; a proper response would have been to pay for the repairs. Bottom line: complications happen, but good businesses take responsibility for them.

It felt unprofessional from the start. Then they tried to "save my tooth" but they messed it up so bad that I went back twice and they couldn't do anything for me. They said that Dr Ducharme had made the filling to close to my nerve. Well, I can feel my tooth constantly and it's sensitive. I called them back and they closed my file!!! Awful dentistry. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. So far the quality of work is outstanding. I have had both Dr. Ducharme and one of his associates work on me and both are fantastic. I highly recommend to everyone. The reason I gave 4 out of five: The whole office speaks French first and English second. While this did not affect me in any way during interactions with staff or doctors, I did miss the 'banter' while on the dental chair. (I probably should say that I do not speak French. ) Although to his credit, the doctor did translate the gist of the conversation.

He is the most gentle dentist and even a friend who had a huge fear of dentists now happily visits him regularly for cleanings and checkups. The offices are clean, staff are friendly from the walk in through to the assistants and hygienists, everyone you meet is gentle, kind, and extremely knowledgeable about their jobs. The equipment is excellent and Dr Song keeps up on technology - I've been seeing him for a few years now and the office is always updating to the best tools available. They do direct billing if you are covered by insurance and they always do the work that's needed, but nothing more. I can't praise Dr Song or his team and office highly enough. I hope to never have to find a new dentist again.

Filled out the form, the next morning I was called first thing in the morning. I was in the next day. Staff were very friendly upon entering and getting me all set up. Waited on the comfy couch while watching a little girl come out from the back with a smile on her face. Must have been a good experience. Moments later I got a full tour of the office, sat down in the dental chair and the assistant went through all the things they offer for comfort. Very friendly Dr. Sidon came in and greeted me we chatted for a few moments and he went to work. I had a filling fall out with a broken tooth was the reason I came in. Even as an adult there is still a bit of fear but Dr.Sidon did all the right things and went over all the treatment options I had available. I did opt to have my back molar removed and Dr.Sidon took great care of me during the entire experience. I will definitely be going back and I highly recommended this office.
