Excellent draft beer choices along with fair prices. Beer is always fresh and refreshing. Service was good. Appetizer came out in an adequate amount of time. I was recommended to this place. In town for work. Told it was the best. Pizza was great. Only reason for 4 is because of service. Ordered online. Arrived a couple of minutes after it was supposed to be ready. Drive thru only. Six cars ahead of me. Finally saw someone come out. Asked if I could pick up and go as I had been waiting 20 minutes already. She said no as she handed others their food. So I back up to get back in line. The guy ahead of me asks what's up. We have eaten at upper crust many times but ordered delivery from this location. We ordered a whole salad and two pizzas. The pizzas were cold when they arrived and the salad was a joke. We ordered a whole salad with toppings on the side. We received literally less than a cup of lettuce. I called back to clear up the confusion and was told by Robert (who prepared the order) that this was their standard portion for a whole salad with toppings on the side. We would've been more understanding if this was even attempted to make right but Robert was adamant this was standard. We will never eat here again. My favorite pizza in Jonesboro (and there are several!) This small town is a college town full of lots of food options as a result....pizza being one that has a lot of competition and I personally think they have some of the best pizza I've ever had. Sometimes they don't put enough toppings on there and I do wish they used fresh spinach and fresh mushrooms instead of canned--other than that I think they're pretty great! I've just learned not to order those ingredients on my pizza bc I like so many others. They have yummy crushed ice and keep your soda refilled often. They have two locations and both are wonderful. This one is much smaller than the other which I kind of like on occasion. This place is delicious and moderately priced. If you're looking for good pizza in Jonesboro, look no further. I don't even know where to start.. I guess I'll start with appetizers. Their cheese and garlic rolls (or maybe its called bread?) is to die for. They take a loaf of french bread, butter/garlic the inside, then load it with cheese. I'm drooling for it as we speak. If that doesn't tickle your fancy, try their chips with dip. This is going to sound odd but it's Ruffles brand potato chips with their homemade ranch dressing. Also delicious. As for the main meal? You have the choice of subs, calzones, or pizza. I've only had the calzones and the pizza, both are amazing. They have a bunch of gourmet toppings/fillings (everything from spinach/feta/alfredosauce to chicken parm to barbecue chicken.) I haven't had one yet that wasn't good. One time we went there my parents got a large pizza with their ranch dressing, chicken slices, and loads of cheese. It sounds weird but was delicious. The prices aren't low but they're definitely worth it. I think it was around 13 dollars for a large pizza or 16 for a large gourmet. The place is run by college students but unlike Pizza Chef they know how to run a business. They're polite to their customers and the service is always spot on. Desserts are bought from local grocery stores up charged and heated in the microwave. Meatballs are store bought prepackaged, microwaved. Most toppings are bought from local stores, pre packed, up charged and then sold. Save money, go to Walmart and get the exact same meatballs, desserts, and salads. Only thing worth actually buying is the ranchero pizza. As the chicken is shredded in store, the house ranch is made in store, and the dough is made in store. Recent visit to Shelby drive location near local movie theater was a major disappointment. It has not been unusual for us to wait a long time to get our pizza in the past and almost miss the start of a movie but never before have we been ignored by the server to the point that after 10-15min just sitting at the table with not even a nod or a "Hey, what would you guys like to drink" we got up and left. We were way early for the movie and somewhat hungry but another local Restuarant got our business post Capt America. Wait staff was OK, but the cashier and wait staff seemed a bit confused about how to process my to go order with an app and main course turned in all at once. Overall, a good food experience, but it took a little to long to get my final order all ready to go(about 35 min). I am a great fan of their lunch special of salad (or chips with ranch) and personal size pizza with your choice of toppings for around $6. All pizza is thin crust. Great tasting and fresh veggies always. The only knock I have on the place, this location in particular, is the music(Nirvana or 80's rock) is often so loud you can't socialize with the person just across the table from you. This is acceptable at night or during sports events but at business lunch?? C'mon! So with that being said this place still gets4/5 stars since the pizza is one of my favorites. I was staying the night when passing through and ordered based on the recommendation of a repairman who overheard me ask the front desk clerk. I ordered a variety including a cheesy bread, salad, small pizza and a Pb dessert pizza. The girl on the phone told me it would be there within an hour and it arrived within 45 mins good start as everything was still hot and fresh. I started with the salad a large salad and a steal at the price. Then went to the cheesy bread which came with ranch and tomato sauce, my wife said the ranch was very good until she tried the tomato dipping sauce which was excellent and the best part it was warm not cold like some places deliver it. The cheesy bread was outstanding very tasty and great flavor I highly recommend it. The cheese pizza was solid and I enjoyed using my extra dipping sauce. It was a good pizza not amazing but I ordered a plain cheese. The Pb dessert pizza was extremely tasty and the mini had 4 nice size slices. I added pictures of what I ordered. This is a good spot in a town and you won't be disappointed if order or go when passing through or if live in Jonesboro, next time I go through I will definitely be ordered but may adjust order to 2 cheesy breads one for me and one for my spouse and skip the pizza. read more

I'm not from the area and staying with a friend. He's at work and not wanting to venture out I decided to look on Yelp for delivery and came across this place so decided why not. Im starting to rethink my thought process. Just called them because I ordered my pizza over an hour ago and was told my order hadn't left yet... And well they only have one driver. Don't get me started on the attitude and less than mediocre customer service I dealt with on the phone if I had not ordered online I might have saved myself the trouble once on the phone with them. So here I am an hour and 20 minutes and it's about a 15 minute drive so I'm sure I will be receiving cold pizza considering I'm sure it's just sitting there waiting to be delivered. Will update once I get it but BEWARE there are so many other options that I'm sure would have someone's pizza delivered in less than an hour and a half. Mind you it was ordered at 3pm. Not exactly at night on a game night. So they charge $2 delivery fee and now I'm regretting being generous with including a $3 tip... *****UPDATE so from the time I called to delivery guy getting here wasn't long at all but I do have a soggy like warm pizza and an extremely cold MOLTEN "hot" Brownie. They get one star because the poor delivery guy is a sweet kid being ran into the ground not by his admission but by my observation and he was the only decent thing about this experience. Best pizza in Jonesboro...hands down! Typically we have this delivered but have been in several times to dine as well. The crust is thin and cracker like. The sauce is a great tomato base and rich in flavor. We love to get the calzones also! They give you a healthy side of sauce and for a little charge you can get a side of ranch too...AND it's the good ranch! I recently had delivery order on a Tuesday that took over 2 hours. I called many times. When the delivery driver made it to my house we had words and he yelled "F___ You B___" I hope you gag on your pizza. Although I was complaining............I was appalled. Pulled up in the drive-thru line at 7:20 PM tonight behind a car parked at the window. After waiting in line behind this car for 20 minutes, and now with another car behind me, I decided to call in to see if my order was ready. I was told it was, so I asked if the employee would ask the car in front of me to make a lap around the building--I was told manager approval was needed, and after another 10 minutes the driver was finally asked to move. Then, once I was at the window, they took another 10 minutes to actually give me my food. FORTY minutes in the drive-thru line, with a hungry family waiting at home, and I didn't get so much as an apology from the curt woman working the window. I called about a problem, and was told the manager wasn't accepting calls. I asked whom I should ask for when I called back and was told they don't give out that information. I was recently there on UFC fight night. What a great place to watch the fights, have some drinks and eat some great pizza. They've got plenty of TV's. I sat at the bar and the bartenders were busy but took care of their customers in a timely fashion. The food was great and delivered in a hurry even though the place was packed.
