Shoutout to Twisted Dough for some seriously awesome customer service! specifically DJ Fraioli! My order somehow got lost by the delivery company... because apparently my package decided it needed to see the world before making it to me. I reached out to Twisted Dough expecting the usual, "Sorry, it's the delivery company's problem" response. Instead, their customer service representative went above and beyond to help me. They kept working on the issue, followed up with the insurance team, and even though the lost package wasn't Twisted Dough's fault, DJ ultimately personally covered the order and arranged to have it reshipped. That is some next-level customer service. Things go wrong sometimes. Packages get lost. Delivery companies apparently play hide-and-seek with our orders. But what really matters is how a company handles the problem when it happens. Twisted Dough handled it perfectly. A huge thank-you to DJ, who helped me. You could have easily told me, "Not our fault," but instead you took ownership and made sure I was taken care of. That's how you earn a 5-star review and, more importantly, a returning customer. Now I'm just hoping my replacement package behaves itself and actually makes it to my house this time. read more

Both my husband and I love this product! I love getting the protein in and it tastes so good. My husband has quite the sweet tooth at night, and this is a much healthier choice than ice cream. My first order was just a variety of the small jars to make sure it was good. Oh my! I immediately placed another order with multiple large jars. We keep this stocked in our home. Yum! read more

The best!!! I have ordered the smallest jars but in multiple flavors so I can find my favorites and at 2 servings per jar, it keeps me from over eating this deliciousness. So far I'm in love with all the ones I've tasted. I think I'm going to have to keep ordering multiple flavors in the 2oz jars to keep rotating the yummies since I can't seem to find just one fabulous flavor. These are Gluten Free cookie dough dessert jars....I don't order them because they're gluten free, I order them for the 10oz protein per serving and they are soo good! read more

This is an amazing business. The customer service is extraordinary. If you don't think you will like protein cookie dough, give this brand a chance. Every flavor I tried was better than the next. My favorite is the Brookie! Best of both worlds a brownie and a cookie. Yes! Delicious! read more

After ordering and receiving it, I was concerned that it was not GF certified. I originally ordered it for my granddaughter for a special treat as she was recently diagnosed with Celiac. I sent a note to customer support and received almost an immediate response. I was so happy that they explained in detail that all of the flavors of twisted dough are GF certified. I can't wait for her to give them a try. I did sneak a taste for myself as I also have Celiac and WOW they are very very good. Highly recommend!! read more

This stuff is addicting. I have had almost every flavor and haven't had a bad one yet. Customer service is amazing as well.

BOGO is happening right now. My favorite so far is brookie so of course I got two 12 oz jars. It tastes incredible. It will put a smile on your face on those hard days ladies and gentlemen. I'm a customer for life. I recommend getting the 2oz jars to sample every flavor. I just tried brookie today. I see the BOGO now I've ordered more. Great satisfying sweet treat with protein read more

I've tried so many "healthy" alternatives and they taste like a sad protein powder pretending to be dessert. Twisted Dough is different. The texture is not gritty and chalky, It's soft, smooth, and it actually tastes like cookie dough a real dessert replacement - not a "its close enough" version. I can eat this get my sweet fix and not blow my macros. I can take a few spoonfuls straight from the jar after dinner or I've blended it right into my protein shakes. This has been my go-to when I want some sweet. read more

I love this product and the company so much! They offer a great variety of flavors as well as some limited time/seasonal offerings. I have been a fan since my first purchase in 2024. And, while the macros have changed a bit throughout the years, it is still one of my favorite guilty pleasures/treats! I have an ED and find it hard to find options that feel safer or less scary, and Twisted Dough is one of my safer options. I love to stock up my freezer during sales so I can be sure to have a bit on hand at all times!! the customer service is also really great. I have reached out a few times with questions and the response is always timely and polite. read more

Best protein dough on the market! The texture takes a few bites to get used to but it will quickly become a favorite snack. The confetti cake tastes like birthday cake, sprinkles and all. The best flavor is mint brookie but it's seasonal. Pumpkin pie is also excellent with graham cracker crumb topping. Pricey but a great way to get protein as well as a sweet treat. read more

Twisted Dough is delicious, great flavors and fast delivery. Highly recommend. It's like eating frosting only healthy

Got my order a week past promised date and it was poorly packaged. No refunds whatsoever! Don't waste your time. read more

Super nice employees, easy ordering, and love that they have the gluten free option! So good!

This is HORRIBLE! It's everything you hate about protein bars (chalky, processed taste) turned into repackaged mush, increased in price from a bar, and then arrives warm. They must know there is a problem because even their website states: "Twisted Dough has a NO return, NO money back guarantee policy. This is a STRICT policy and you authorizing payment through our portal will say YOU alone are approving to try this product. Twisted Dough will not accept returns and issue refunds due to a change of mind or not liking the flavor/texture of the product." read more

I use it as healthy cookie dough bites in my ninja creamis! So gooooood. Seriously wouldn't be the same without this lil healthy sweet treat. read more

The flavors are amazing , it's all I can do not to eat the whole thing..lol, my husband turned me on to this and I'm addicted

Was really excited to try and was very disappointed. It is way too bland to be enjoyable. With all of the high protein/low sugar options on the market today I would not waste your money on this one! read more

Easily the worst customer service and the worst tasting product I've ever experienced. Trust all the bad reviews all over the internet. THey're for a reason! read more

Extremely disappointed. The product tastes like a pulverized protein bar & not a good one. Would not recommend. Expected more after reading advertisements. read more

great low carb snack to help your sweet tooth! Snickerdoodle is good and cant wait to try more flavors!

I jumped on the Buy 4 Get 4 sale to try the widest variety of flavors, but the experience was a bit repetitive. Most of the doughs share an identical base flavor with a noticeable protein/sugar-alcohol aftertaste. While the Snickerdoodle (9/10) and Chocolate Fudgey Cookie (8/10) were genuine standouts, many of the others (like Salted Caramel [3/10] and Peanut Butter [4/10]) tasted almost exactly the same. The macros are fair (around 20g protein for 120-200 calories), but the consistency between "different" flavors is disappointing. I'd only recommend buying these if they're on sale. If you can get them on a steep discount, go for the Snickerdoodle, but otherwise, a standard protein bar might satisfy you more for the price and calories. read more

Amazing products from this company! The twisted dough is the perfect treat to satisfy my sweet tooth while still adding a dose of 20g of protein. They've been a great addition to my routine when needed. All the flavors are great. read more

AMAZING! I was surprised to find actual cookies in my cookies and cream flavor as well as toppings for the other flavors I've tried. Most brands pull you in using photos with a little something extra that doesn't normally come with your product but they are true to the photos and taste just as good as they look! They also are so kind to take time to engage in customers comments online which is really sweet just like their dough read more

Shipping was fine, packaging cute. It's awful. I got a sampler pack and was excited about it, especially the peanut butter for my apples. Gross. It's just not good. I'm going to try it on a warm muffin or piece of toast but I'm not sure it'll be good. read more

Talk about the most fun way to hit your protein goals! Every flavor I try is my new favorite. Smooth and hits the spot!

These were okay. They arrived within 5 business days of ordering which was really fast and most of the lids were sealed. The free vanilla dough was pretty bland in my opinion and was pretty creamy and had a texture that was around the consistency of creamy peanut butter. The hazelnut dough was pretty flavorful once stirred with the Nutella and the brookie was also alright but it wasn't very sweet even with the cookie pieces in it. All the doughs had the same base basically with just different mix ins and you could definitely taste the protein in every batch (I don't mind the flavor though). However, I could taste a lot of the sugar alcohols and I just personally don't like that taste. These are a good replacement to protein bars but I'm a little skeptical of the macros since they are packed with toppings but supposedly only have less than 3 grams of sugar per serving. Overall, I thought these were okay and would give them a 6/10 but I wouldn't get them again as they just reminded me of protein bars but in a sauce form. read more
