You're okay with paying 25 cents to borrow a grocery cart (you get it back upon return of the cart), and paying for grocery bags! So come prepared... (BYOB) Bring your own bag! No decorations, no shelves on the aisles (only in the freezer), just neatly organized cardboard boxes holding the items you want! (You really don't notice the lack of shelves honestly!) I get home, find it's not there and I call the store. The customer service guy says 'oh I'm sorry. Bring your receipt in and we'll refund it or give you another pack of hamburger'. Doesn't really help when I was about to use it to make dinner! How about he take an hour out of HIS day and bring it to me?!?! First time shopping there - AND LAST TIME SHOPPING THERE!! Employee owned means nothing when they aren't customer driven! Sheila was too worried about the lady behind me and her cake purchase to put all of my purchase in the cart. No wonder there were only 3 people in the store shopping! Go to Kroger folks... they are waaaay better!
