We visited on a Friday after lunch and it was not very busy. The asiles looked to be stocked nicely, the store was clean, and they had a large variety of merchandise. While it is a smaller store, their products are curated to contain no artificial preservatives, high fructose corn syrup, and added MSG. They have foods ranging from produce, meat, dairy, grocery, drinks, vitamin, and candy. We just got some gum and lip balm for the road while traveling. Service was fine and the prices seemed normal for this type of store (a little higher than a regular grocery store). It was a cute shop and nice way to spent our Friday afternoon.

I get home, find it's not there and I call the store. The customer service guy says 'oh I'm sorry. Bring your receipt in and we'll refund it or give you another pack of hamburger'. Doesn't really help when I was about to use it to make dinner! How about he take an hour out of HIS day and bring it to me?!?! First time shopping there - AND LAST TIME SHOPPING THERE!! Employee owned means nothing when they aren't customer driven! Sheila was too worried about the lady behind me and her cake purchase to put all of my purchase in the cart. I purchased on November 17th. This is not the first time something I bought was outdated (first was salad dressing) Shame on me for letting it happen again.
