I cannot say enough good things about Gabriel and his crew. I already had 2 bids for paint but…read morewasn't quite fully satisfied and found High Quality Painting LLC via Yelp. I was a bit of a skeptic with all the glowing reviews but figured, let give him a shot and like many other customers, I couldn't be happier with this decision. Gabriel stands by his work and goes above and beyond with customer service. For exterior house painting, his bid came in competitive and he indicated he would provide 2 coats of paint. As we walked around the house I was impressed by all the items he was calling out that they would take care of after pressure washing and for prep along with his attention to detail. When they showed up to do the work, I provided input on a few things just to make sure that it wouldn't be missed during prep and they always said sure, we'll take care of it without hesitation. Gabriel even helped me understand their process further and explained a few things to me, which I appreciated. During the final walk through, I already marked a handful of small things with tape (inevitably there will always be a few touchups and polishing touches needed) and Gabriel was quick to add more blue tape for items that he would fix. The house looks amazing and I get lots of compliments from neighbors. I will continue to use and refer High Quality Painting, LLC.

At the time, I had done most of the work and just needed some priming in a few small areas, and two coats of paint and that's it. They sold me as if I needed the total package - prep, touch-ups, priming, painting. I found a great other painter that was literally half the price. I gave them 5-star because the guy that came out was nice, and gave their reputation a boost, but at the end of the day, I didn't need full-service. I needed DONE. They should have priced it as-such. Now, their follow-up system won't leave me alone even though the job has been done for a while.

My company used Vanhousing to do some upgrades to our retail showroom. I had three bidders come…read morelook at the work. Vanhousing's estimator showed up on time, asked good questions, wasn't pushy, and seemed to legitimately care about understanding the scope and what we were looking to achieve. Their bid was competitive and I had a good deal of faith in their ability to provide a great experience given what I'd read in other reviews. Vlad and his team ended up having to work through a multitude of challenges in order to deliver the end result that we enjoyed. I received constant professional communication (day, night, weekend) when things weren't going well (outside of their control) and what they were doing to resolve. They thoroughly owned resolving each obstacle instead of pushing it back to me to work out. This involved buying different kinds of paint and performing tests -- I even got a video of the test results to illustrate my options. Its obvious that this company cares a great deal about providing 5 star experiences. Its that additional amount of work that they did which has me so enthusiastic about referring them to anyone needing painting done (commercial or residential.)

I am seeing a ton of positive things said about this company and that's great, however my…read moreexperience with Legacy Painting have not gone very well and after almost 2 months reflecting on this, I'm ready to share my thoughts. For starters we were looking to have our house painted. We had 3 estimates and based on professionalism and price, Legacy was the clear winner. 2 other positive things I'll say is the guy that wrote up the contract including repairs to the house and the gentleman who pressure washed the house were also good. This is where things get negative. The painters are Spanish and my wife and I are English and all communication was never very clear. There were days they waved goodbye and I replied "all done for the day" and they reply yes. But a few hours later they show up and go back to work. Normally this wouldn't be a big deal, but we have a dog that's not so stranger friendly and they opened the back gate why our dog was in the backyard. My wife tried letting the woman know "please don't come in" but she didn't understand, causing us to hastily get the dog back in the house. Other issues involving the contract to repair the house were ignored and just painted over what we paid for repairing. My wife tried reaching out to see why this had happened, but we really never got an answer. Parts of the house need another coat of paint, and as far as we know no one ever came to inspect completion and all pictures we take won't show the areas that needed extra work. The last thing I will say and what bothers me the most, we instructed days we would be out of town and didn't want anyone over for any reason. While on vacation are ring camera was going nuts and someone was walking around cleaning up. We had so many issues with Legacy my wife did try reaching out personally, but she never got a clear resolution. Talking to my wife about what we have as a finished product is very disappointing to her. She is the most reasonable person I know and is hoping to just get the paint used so we could just finish ourselves and move on.

We waited for the window of good weather, and the team punctually and diligently completed the work in 4.5 days. The team was meticulous, clean, and careful. The pricing was competitive and after seeing the work done, we definitely received fantastic value for the money! The team even helped to replace a broken vent cover which had an old and empty bird nest behind it! We are very pleased with the results and for the trouble-free experience.
