If I could give her zero stars I would. I went in for lip filler and Botox, and the appointment took over three hours, mostly due to poor time management -- she's never on time. After my first-ever lip filler, Julie told me to watch for any "white dots" and contact her if they appeared. The next day, I noticed a white spot in the center of my lip and reached out immediately. She confirmed it was a vascular occlusion, which can cause permanent damage if not treated right away. When I arrived for treatment, Julie wasn't at her salon. She texted that she'd "be right back," but I ended up waiting over an hour, along with what another client who was also waiting. Once she arrived, the appointment dragged on for another three hours -- and she still didn't properly treat the affected area. She promised to meet me after work to finish treatment but showed up 45 minutes late, and decided not to wait any longer since it was already 9pm. She texted me at 9:30 saying she was there claiming she'd lost her phone, even though she told me she was in the car going straight to me. A couple of days later, she met with me for the second attempt and again for another three-hour session, but unfortunately, the issue still wasn't resolved. I now need to see a doctor to make sure no lasting damage. Overall, this experience was stressful, unprofessional, and concerning for my health. I recommend finding a more trustworthy and reliable injector.

I called, upset, just for advice and support but she did not return my call! I was so upset, scared and not knowing what to do. I thought it was unconscionable that she did not call back. I didnt think she caused it by doing something wrong except possibly working on one area too long as I was going away soon ---Also, I had been given some cortisone which can increase bruising and figured that ocntributed, but I was upset and looked terrible and needed advice. I then called weeks later when I got back, twice - as I wanted still to return and wanted to talk through why she had not called me back - I was extremely polite, though hurt, and called twice asking her to call back. She did not! I find this totally unprofessional. I cannot feel safe with someone who would drop me after some damage as happened to me as a result of their work. I feel terrible.

I've never had a facial in a room where there's multiple tables set up with an open concept and just a curtain between us. It was loud as we could hear the people right next to us as well as somebody typing on some kind of machine. It was uncomfortably cold in there even with the blanket, they put over me. Also, it's the first facial I've ever had where they did not do the décolleté did not use steam or a magnifying glass to look at my skin. Traditional facials have a certain order of the way things work. This felt more like a face massage with some product. The aesthetician was lovely and very nice, but I think the way facials are done here or not for me.
