We had a few unresolved issues after they finished roofing our house - and we had paid in full…read more One issue was resolved in a timely manner. I called regularly regarding the second issue and Joe - the enthusiastic salesman who promised fabulous customer service - stopped answering or returning my calls. Completely ignored me. So I had to call and text the owner, Kenny Vessels, with regularity. I am a nurse and I have everything documented thoroughly in case we needed to go to small claims court. After a lot of excuses a second issue was resolved after 4 months - may not sound too bad, but it still consumed my time and energy. But they promised to replace any warped boards during the roofing process; which they did not do. Two years later we are paying someone else to come fix what Vessels promised they would do to begin with.

At 11:30, Tre messaged me to say he was delivering materials to a job site and that he would need to reschedule. He didn't even have the courtesy to call me in person! I wasted half of my day just to be stood up by a company that apparently doesn't care about their commitments or their customers. If this is how they treat you before hiring them I would hate to see how they treat you afterwards. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM!

Also, major repairs done to the water damaged edge of the porch where water seeped behind the gutter and facias after a "Chuck in a Truck" contractor Didn't connect the gutter guard properly two years prior. Eclipse gave an estimate. Communicated well. Addressed concerns and questions during the process. Invoiced after the work was completed. Repairs were excellent. Way better than expected.

This is not required by building code, nor is it necessary unless you plan to run a vacuum and hairdryer at the same time in the kitchen. I talked to every electrician I know, they all said it is NOT recommended. So I guess this guy is just blowing sales for fun? Don't really know but he's not to be trusted
