We have had work done on our home ranging from $200 to over $60k. This was a first in the horrific category for us. They were very friendly during the walk through up to when the 1/2 deposit of $1,990.00 (material & start of project) was given in good faith. Where did it go south? When a business owner thinks they can use whatever subpar products or craftsmanship they please and the customer should be happy with and not question or say anything. PAINTING/MUDDING: a. Paint was supposed to match as close to the original. b. All mudding was to be performed prior to painting and allowed to dry and sanded down before painting. Workers also watch the mudding off in our guest bathroom sink. C. The painting and mudding could ONLY be done on weekends? That was not disclosed during any conversation. The Owner is very disrespectful and becomes a hot head if you try to ask him anything or ask him to correct something. Wanted to walk off the job after making a complete mess of the project. Everything from incorrect paint color, poor quality mudding and damage to walls, furniture and carpeting. ROOF Work: While they did small repair on the roof in the contract they were supposed to have conducted a wet test to ensure water leak is resolved. They tried to bypass that and got upset when we ask them to perform because it made no sense to repair the inside ceiling if the roof still leaked. After it was evident the business was in over their head on this project, the owner walked off the project and he told us that we would get our money back in the mail and when we received it that's when we would have it. Then had the nerve to say we stole equipment/materials from one of his workers? You have got to be kidding me. Due to this experience, I recommend to anyone to stay clear. He does not perform the work, he hires out / contracts people to do the job. So you don't know if they are capable of doing the work. Unfortunately we are victims of a horrible experience: 1. Loss of Money. 2. Unfinished work due to owner walking off the job after he was asked to repair and finish the project. 3. Unprofessionalism from a business. 4. A pure mess. Hopefully in time maturity will kick in and there is understanding that you cannot treat your customers in a hostile manner. Until that time, I would not recommend this company. I was thinking maybe to sweep your floors but then if you ask them to use a broom to sweep instead of a shovel you might be introduced to the unprofessional behavior as we did. So I will stay with - I would never recommend them to anyone.

The heater was leveled when we turned it on. However, the fan was hitting something causing a racket. We had to tilt the unit to a 30 degree angle for it to stop. Not good. I could not reach the company's support. I went inside to email them. When I came back out, Tommy had discovered the issue and fixed it. The issue was a manufacturing fault.
