We picked Heaven's best due to the high ratings. We bought the house a month ago knowing the carpets needed cleaned due to pet stains left by the previous owner. After paying almost $600 for a cleaning the stains were still there. I put some cleaner on the stains and baking soda on top and the baking soda is pulling the stain out. See photos. Yes it's pretty gross after a cleaning. Then I used my Bissel shampooer in a couple of spot and the water it pulled out was black. I shouldn't have to do this after it was "professionally" cleaned for $600. I will say the young men that came out were very friendly and helpful and that's why I am giving 2 stars instead of 1

Bonnie took excellent care of us. My only complaint with this store in the past has been their customer service. Now, I can without any hesitation recommend this store to you for any of your home furnishings needs. We have done business with this place for over 25 years. We've purchased furniture, carpet, tile, appliances and a mattress/box spring set as well as a variety of accessory items. The merchandise they sell varies in quality. If you purchase their top quality stuff you will be extremely pleased. If you buy their lower-end merchandise you'll be disappointed. We've done both and I think this kind of makes sense. "You get what you pay for" is really true with this store. Their customer service is somewhat questionable and their record keeping is inconsistent. Under normal circumstances, I would give this place 3 or 3 1/2 stars. However, we have always done our business with the salesman, Ron Stenquist, and he takes care of all of his customers above and beyond any reasonable expectations. His 10+ star help, advice and service during our longstanding relationship with this business is the reason for my 5-star rating. Additionally, when we've been in a financial position to buy their top quality merchandise, we've always been very happy with our purchase. The info on the website says the box includes a quantity of two, so I ordered two items, which should then be a sum total of four chairs ( assuming my math is correct). In any case, I only actually received 2 chairs. When I asked the warehouse employee and a floor salesman about it, I was told, "No, that just means that we (Fisher) have to order two chairs at a time (for their own inventory)." After emailing customer service, I received a voicemail inviting a call back to the store. I did, asking for the person who had left their name in the message. I was sent straight to voicemail, and asked for them to call back. After a week or so, I called back to store, asking whether that same person was working that day. I was told by reception that person was at work that day, and was transferred to that person's phone. Ring, ring, back to voicemail. I asked again for a call back, or at least verification whether they (Fisher) were considering this issue closed. I also sent another email to customer service with the same question. It's been over a month since that second call, and haven't heard a peep. At the very least, their website seems a little deceitful or misleading, and customer "service" has been largely nonexistent.

They want to make the customer happy and if you are dissatisfied with anything they will fix it. They will get your repair right, and if not, just tell them! The quality of repairs is definitely not Apple level and could be better (took 2 attempts to put on screen protector) but for the cost it is very fair. Scheduling with them was easy and was less than a day wait. Recommended if you frequent this Walmart.
