I was promptly provided with and given instructions on completing through email, all the appropriate forms needed to apply for an interest-free loan, forms to request an upgrade of my gas meter by National Grid, forms to ensure that my purchase was a capital improvement to avoid any sales tax, and the form to consummate a contract. The installers arrived on time on the agreed upon date and because we were within a period of self-quarantining and social distancing, they wore face masks and observed appropriate procedures throughout the installation process.
