They were huge poblanos, stuffed with the best tasting filling and smothered in a very flavorful, spicy but not too hot red sauce. We ordered takeout and also had various street tacos: Chicken, carnitas, steak and shrimp. The homemade tortillas were stuffed full and their salsas, fresh and delicious.
