I will say, on a POSITIVE note My stylist, Mackenzy was awesome! she did my color , cut and style as I requested and was a a young lady with great talent and wonderful listening skills. ON Another note, I must say that there were a few stylist in the back and at the shampoo bowl that were extremely loud and I'm not sure what was being said as it was in Spanish and at first I thought maybe these were other clients, no it actually was the stylist talking to each other in Spanish and extremely loudly and for long periods of time! they didn't seem to be aware about any of the other clients in the salon. All of the stylist seem to be doing shampoos and color which all looked awesome, but if the volume at the bowl would have been quieter while I was in my chair, I would have been more relaxed. I will return although because I loved my hair.

Custom hair?! heck yes. She has been able to answer all of my questions and educate me on the proper care of my extensions as well. I would not want to trust any other stylist with my extensions after meeting Marie. She made sure my hair was cared properly throughout the life of my extensions. She's a true artist. They also have continuing education for the stylists so they can hone their skills. The higher the level of the stylist, which is listed on their site, the higher the base pay. I guess when you make your appointment, you could ask what the base pay of that particular stylist will be. Prices on par for a salon that makes you look nice. Refreshments are available upon request. Beautiful venue and always clean. Every now and then i get an email where they put on a fun event or provide a discount special for the holidays or charity event. I've seen wine and canvas and couple massage packages. I was prepared to pay a $50 cancellation fee, but I was not prepared to pay 50% of services NOT received. So, I paid over $200 for a cut and partial frost PLUS $107 late cancellation fee. I am STILL in shock. I was informed that the policy had been in place for a couple years. That's great but as one who is not typically a no-show, I did not know. *****There should be signs throughout the salon!! I'm sure this was a management call --and it was a bad one.

During my appointment, my stylist did not tone my hair even when I asked her to. This is probably because she fried my hair during the bleaching process and it was too damaged to tone. She neglected to tell me about the damage to my hair and the amount that probably came out when she washed the bleach out, however it became very clear to me because my hair has been falling out wash by wash. Would not recommend.
