Im older and dont do much "online" or "emails".. was not happy! even though I tipped well (over 4O%) and never recieved a thank you.. I do try to be generous so they will remember me for next time, you know, how I like it, the kind of cut, etc.. but the thing about haircuts is you (well me) never really know until you (me) style it yourself.. my 2 stars is being highly gracious for what I paid (over $8O) for a trim. Once you enter though, just find her suite, which is to in the hallway going left. The suite numbers are listed atop the doors. I am glad to have found her and will certainly be back.
