I will also note: wanted me to make appoint "online" (I called) it was like I was "bothering" her to make the appointment over the phone.. Im older and dont do much "online" or "emails".. was not happy! even though I tipped well (over 4O%) and never recieved a thank you.. I do try to be generous so they will remember me for next time, you know, how I like it, the kind of cut, etc.. but the thing about haircuts is you (well me) never really know until you (me) style it yourself.. my 2 stars is being highly gracious for what I paid (over $8O) for a trim. UPDATE: SLANDEROUS, MALICIOUS and DEFAMATORY response below is baseless in their claim(s).. seems all negative reviews are attacked until they are removed but I am choosing not to be bullied into doing so.. hence, they will hav to be made to correct their LEGALLY DAMAGING AND PERSECUTORY REMARKS.. This salon is located in a building with a collection of tiny beauty shops and such, which confused me a bit at my first visit. Once you enter though, just find her suite, which is to in the hallway going left. The suite numbers are listed atop the doors. I am glad to have found her and will certainly be back.
