The store was busy as I feel every one was shopping as I was. I found my items and then went and stood in line to buy my items. After spending 3 hours in store on 9/22/2026, I came on in to buy a BowFlex T9 trwadmill, paid for…read morea BowFlex T9 trwadmill, tripled checked with the staff team along with a picture and in-store listed price tag of the Bowflex T 9 treadmill specifically but somehow I was still given a BowFlex T6 treadmill. That is a $500 difference. The BowFlex T9 treadmill was listed for $1399.98 in store and online which the store did not update their systems to portray that price tag and tried selling it to me for $1499.99 MSRP. Not only did I have to tell the cashier about their own discount but I had to find the manager to ask them to reduce the price to the listed price of $1399.98. After the BowFlex T6 treadmill was loaded into my truck and I had made the trip home, that's when I realized it was a BowFlex T6 treadmill and NOT the BowFlex T9 treadmill once I had already arrived home. After calling Dick's customer service and explained the situation: a) we had to make the hour drive back to the store, b) wait another 45 minutes to get the correct and PAID BowFlex T9 treadmill into the bed of my truck, c) since they were short staff, my family and I had to help load our own BowFlex T9 treadmill after the mistake was caused by Dick's sporting good's employees, d) with the gas price increase per gallon they only offered us 15% discount for the hassle which DOES NOT justify the 2 hour drive there and back and I had to ask for a 20% discount instead but was really given 14.3% because I had to pay 5.7% to get it back to the promotion listed price, e) when refunding the amount back, they removed the original promotion of $1399.98 and charged use $1499.99 with a 20% discount which is outrageous because we did not go into the store to buy it for $1499.99 but for $1399.98 so we had to cough up the promotion cost ourselves which is completely wrong, f) by the time we actually got the device loaded in my truck, it was already 8:45 pm which is 15 minutes from closing when I should already be home and assembling the treadmill, g) why did they remove the original promotion off and charge me MSRP price after it was the EMPLOYEE'S MISTAKE that caused all of this. Dick's sporting good has officially lost a customer forever especially because that was my first ever big purchase as Dick's sporting good. They employees down played the severity of the situation because the BowFlex T6 treadmill was on sale for $999.99 online and in-store while the treadmill that I actually bought, the BowFlex T9, was listed for $1399.98 which is a $400 difference not including the labor and gas cost go to and back to the store. This action is very scummy of the company and 100% will NOT be receiving my service anymore. Wasted an extra 2 hours of my life for something that SHOULD NOT have happened in the first place. BE AWARE WHEN BUYING ANYTHING EXPENSIVE FROM DICK'S SPORTING GOODS.

I was quite impressed. Prices are what they would typically be ($30 cap, $100 jersey, etc), but they have a few hidden things that are on sale - just gotta look for the small tags. No specific sales area. Overall, great place if you're looking for some team gear!

Wall to wall sports paraphernalia! Where to begin! The staff was very helpful. They asked if I had ever been there before and explained the layout of the store; professional teams up front... college teams towards the back. I don't recall seeing anything regarding our Dynamo soccer team or the Rockets but I'm sure that I overlooked it. I had no problem finding the Cowboys, Texans, Astros and even the New Orleans Saints! It's hard finding anything Saints related here which is why I used to travel to Louisiana many years ago just to find something. I know I could have shopped online but it was a good time for a road trip. Rally House has so many fan favorite items to select from; jewelry, Christmas ornaments, board games, LEGOs...even dominos. Compared to what I spent on hoodies and t-shirts about 8 years ago, prices here are a little more than what I want to spend. I consider myself to be a bargain shopper and tend to shop around (online or in-store) before buying the first thing I see. Walmart, Five Below and other low priced stores in Louisiana is where I would shop so I could get more for my money. For those of you who have that Texas or Louisiana sports fan in your life, Christmas is coming up and Rally House should be one of the stores you consider putting on your "nice" list.

My wife purchased a white pair of Nike Air shoes from Footlocker in Memorial City Mall. After…read moregetting home she compared it to her NMD shoes and just found the comfort of the Nike's to be lacking and decided to return them the next time we go to the mall. We decided to return these at First Colony mall as it was closer to us and went straight to the cashier, Vontess C. to return the shoes. He looked at the shoes that my wife had barely worn for a few minutes at the most and said he can exchange them because they've been worn. I understand companies having a return policy they implement heavily which is fine by me but considering how there was no wear on the shoes I tried reasoning with the guy. Had he been willing to have a polite conversation I would have been more than happy to take up his offer for an exchange - however the guy decided to belittle us. He said, "You guys have no idea how many people come back with *beat and worn* shoes and tell me they've only worn them a few minutes"...basically accusing us of lying about how long they've been worn. He went as far as to show the shoes to a colleague passing by and asking him, "Do these look worn?'. The funny thing is his colleague, not being fully aware of the situation just replied, "These are worn?"...clearly not the response he was hoping for lol. Anyway I asked him if he could just offer me store credit instead so that we could shop in the near future when better promotions are going on. I brought up the fact that store credit basically meant that our funds were in Foot Locker's possession. The guy even said no to that!!!! I asked him if I could speak to a manager and he claimed he is the manager. After much discussion, the guy finally said, "I can give you store credit but I won't like it"...not sure why the guy thought I would care about his feelings with the way he spoke to us. When I asked him his name, he told me it's "V" and wasn't willing to give me even his full name. Good thing its listed on the receipt :) I question the longevity of Foot Locker's business if people like Vontess are hired to serve the customer, especially if they feel someone like him is the right choice for Manager.
