I met with Amy several times and she was direct and knowledgeable. I ran into issues with their designer and had to trade emails A LOT more than necessary. I work with creatives in my day-to-day job and will admit that I'm particular, but there were many times that the designer was sloppy and overlooked obvious spacing/spelling errors and made undesirable creative choices that I had to nitpick and point out time and time again. When my invitations were prepared, I also experienced smudged invites and printing issues (some of my pieces had text on both sides when it was just supposed to be one-sided) which created unnecessary stress. I chose Print World because they're affordable but many times regretted it due to the amount of time I had to spend re-directing the designer. I met with another vendor about a different printed item for my wedding and the designer was very detail oriented and efficient - which wasn't my experience with the designer at Print World. It became apparent to me that I should've worked with a vendor who specialized in the wedding industry to receive the level of quality and care that I required, even though it would've been more pricey. However, I do appreciate the kindness of Kelli at the front and Amy for guiding me throughout the process. I will definitely utilize them for quick/simple printing needs in the future, but will leave the more complex items to other local vendors.

Everything was BEAUTIFUL and we got so many compliments. Amy and her team were amazing to work with and made the process so smooth. They were very helpful with getting the idea I had in my head for the design to come to life and did such great work. It was also great because they would mock everything up and send over a proof for you to review and you could make changes as needed, it was so easy! (although I don't think I needed to make any changes because they already looked better than I even had in my head). The turnaround process was so quick from getting everything proofed to printed, it was such a breeze which is exactly what you want and need when you already have so many other things going on when planning a wedding! Further, they did ALL the addressing for our invitations so that we did not have to do that which was such a big help and an amazing service offered so that all we had to do was add the stamps and send them out. I first tried to place my order through their website, but it repeatedly showed "failed to upload" when trying to submit my files. I then used their website chat to ask for help and requested an invoice since I had already shared my Canva document with them. No one ever responded in the chat. Since I still needed the order, I began calling around 3:00 PM and had to call continuously for almost an hour before someone finally answered the phone. I was told the Dallas location was on another call and would be transferred once they were finished. When I finally spoke to someone at the Dallas store, I confirmed multiple times that the prints would be ready the same day. He said yes. I shared the Canva document, he sent the invoice, and I paid immediately. I even asked again if the order would be ready today, and he again confirmed that it would. The Shop app even showed the order being packed for pickup, so I sent my husband to the store. When my husband arrived, the first employee helping him smelled strongly of marijuana and appeared to be under the influence, which was extremely unprofessional. After that, the same employee I spoke with earlier suddenly said the order would NOT be ready until tomorrow, completely contradicting what he had told me earlier. When I spoke with him on the phone to clarify what happened, he was very rude, repeatedly interrupted me, and raised his voice instead of addressing the mistake or trying to resolve the situation. For a business that relies on time-sensitive print orders, clear communication and professionalism are critical. Unfortunately, this experience showed poor communication, rude customer service, and staff behavior that raises serious concerns about professionalism. After being a loyal customer for over a year, this experience was unacceptable and I will be taking my business elsewhere.
