We have a Precor AMT 885 plus a few other gym equipments that needed to be assembled once we moved to our new home. Juan came highly recommended so I decided to give him a call. The Precor piece is an exceptionally complicated equipment to assemble and it requires a high amount of technical savviness to assemble the equipment. Juan and his team perfectly executed it and set up our gym beautifully. Throughout the engagement, Juan and his team remained professional, courteous, and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend them.

I would never recommend this person or company. I wouldn't even give juan a star but I have to in order to leave a review. Let me start off by saying Juan has the worst customer service. He didn't even let me explain what was wrong with my elliptical and just kept asking me if I was an expert on fixing ellipticals because I was trying to explain what was wrong. His technician didn't even pull apart my elliptical to see what was wrong and see if i needed to order any other parts besides the cosmetic parts. read more

I highly recommend Juan for servicing exercise equipment. He did an excellent job on my elliptical machine. My elliptical was making a lot of noise and due for some maintenance. We called our service warranty and they sent out a technician who spent 3 hours working on the machine and only made the problem worse. I called the service warranty company again and this time they sent Juan from Up and Going. He was here for about 20 minutes, provided excellent customer service and most importantly fixed my elliptical. There is absolutely no noise whatsoever and it works like new! Thanks, Juan! read more

The staff is very unprofessional and can't keep their appointments. They will make an appointment for a large gap and will not call you if they are going to miss the gap. They will also not call you if you they can't make their appointments. Over the phone they are rude and don't understand how important costumer service and your time is. Do yourself a favor and use a different company. read more

I called UP AND GOING because I had a treadmill that hadn't been turned on in about a year and a half. It had been left outside; it even rained on it. I figured it probably wasn't gonna work. Juan was able to get it up and running again. I was very surprised and glad that it ended up working out. Juan and his son were very pleasant; they were wearing their masks and gloves. I highly recommend them. They provided great service. I will be calling them back when it's time to oil my machine again!! read more

On Thursday January 12 I texted the phone number 1-909-519-9225 with a picture of my bike a diamond 1100 that need a new pedal that I order online that need to be fixed. They text me back and asked if they could come on Saturday January 14 between 12 and 2 pm. I text them back and they said it was confirmed. Nobody ever showed up and did not call me back. On Monday January 14 I got a text asking if I still wanted it done. I text back yes. Did not hear anything back. On Tuesday 1/17/2023 I text back to the number at 10 am and asked if they know someone in Chino Hills that could fix it the text me back and said the technician would be at my house in Chino Hills between 12 and 2 pm. I text them back and said ok that I would redo my schedule. So they did not show up between 12 and 2 pm. So no phone call or text to say they were sorry or anything. So if you want to wait around and not get your product fixed or a sorry then this is your place. I would not recommend this business to anyone. I also have screen shots of the text messages going between myself and the company. read more

Juan is the best. I use my treadmill to study for law school. But just in time for finals, it broke. I am so glad I paid for the extended warranty. Although I was given a little bit of hassle in trying to get replacement parts and a tech sent out, Juan (tech assigned to my repair job) called me shortly after I hung up with proform. Proform told me it would take weeks to get a tech out so I was pleasantly surprised when Juan called me so quickly. He instructed me to call him once I received all the new parts. The parts came in within several days. Juan came out the next day and repaired my treadmill. Juan was very nice and showed me a few things that I didn't know about my treadmill. Juan quickly repaired my machine. My treadmill is probably the most important thing in my life right now as I am getting ready to study for the bar. I GOT SCAMED. Dont use Juan or his company Up and Going or buy a service plan from UNIVERSAL TECHNICAL SERVICE or anybody affiliated with Icon Health and Fitness . I paid for a service plan in Aug 2018 and Juan called up within days to set up an appointment. He came out took my treadmill apart and left to get the part. He never repaired the treadmill. I talked to him once and he said the part was on back order and he never called me back. Tried calling him back several times left messages and he never returned my call. Fast forward November 2018 treadmill still sitting in my garage broken . read more

He is like a magician because within minutes he identifies the problem and fixes it right away. He also gave me some tips on how to use some programs on my machine. Juan came today to fix our Nordic track treadmill. He was on time when he said he would be here. He was knowledgeable and fast. He had to replace the entire monitor (under warranty) and in less than an hour had everything back up and running. I would highly recommend up and going for your in home equipment needs. read more
