Great service I had a really good experience. Tech named Juan was super helpful answered all my questions. Appreciate his honesty above it all! Would definitely recommend them! read more

My treadmill was fixed the next day! You have to be flexible but the process was easy, be patient when texting, and you will get a response. I texted yesterday and I was told there was availability next day, plus the value of the cost was worth it. Considering he had the part with him, plus labor, and not to mention the gas he used to get to my property. The cost was reasonable considering everything that goes into fixing it. I'm a happy customer, I called other places and they stated they didn't work on NordicTrack treadmills or that I would have to wait another week. Payments accepted Zelle, Cash. Thank you for fixing my machine! read more

Mr. Juan did a great job with fixing our swift machine. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and took his time explaining everything to me and getting the job done. Treadmill people! What a relief! Thank you Mr. Juan!!! Long story! I own a Precor, error 22 came on. I called a guy a named Ben on yelp. He was nice. He said a plug came disconnected from the computer part. It stopped working again. I called Ben back but he asked me to call Precor: They came out and did a full analysis, they were going to replace everything. My tread fell out of warranty while pieces arrived at their office. It was going to cost 2,600.00 to fix. I called Ben back to see if he wanted to have the tread. He came curious to see what was broken and committed to fix it. He figured it out the piece but he never came back! I ordered the part from Precor. I found Juan on yelp. He showed up!!!!! AND, it turn out that after the Precor experts came out, after Ben the treadmill guy came out! Juan figured out that the real issue was this tiny cable that was severed! I am so grateful that he found the cable and fixed my treadmill! I was so anxious and feeling frustrated! It took almost a year to fix. Thank you Juan. Seriously! If you're seeing this! I'm saving your number! read more

Called Juan to have the walking belt on my NordicTrack Incline Trainer replaced and adjusted, as it was pulling towards the left side. He was able to come to our place and fix it in 3 days. My treadmill is working beautifully now. Thank you so much, Juan. I would definitely use and recommend his service to others. FYI, I had contacted NordicTrack's customer service and they quoted $159 to have a technician come to our home in "3-4 weeks" to have it diagnosed, then they stated from there, they would come out again to service it. Smh. Thanks again, Juan! read more

I grossly underestimated how easy it would be to oil the belt on my home treadmill. Long story short I accidentally loosened it too much and couldn't get the belt to tighten correctly again. For two days I struggled to fix it working with another equipment repair service. It wasn't until I called here that my problem was removed. They showed up next day and within twenty minutes my treadmill was back in running. I couldn't recommend this service more! Thank you! read more

We have a Precor AMT 885 plus a few other gym equipments that needed to be assembled once we moved to our new home. Juan came highly recommended so I decided to give him a call. The Precor piece is an exceptionally complicated equipment to assemble and it requires a high amount of technical savviness to assemble the equipment. Juan and his team perfectly executed it and set up our gym beautifully. Throughout the engagement, Juan and his team remained professional, courteous, and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend them. read more

I was referred to this company by a family friend with the statement that they use this business all the time and they are great. My experience has not been so good. To start the initial contact was via text as they dod not pick up the phone. 1 day response time(not bad). So I provide my info and ask to be put on the schedule, next thing I know they are texting me at 730pm advising they have tomorrow available for a 4hr window 1-4pm, the following morning I see the text message and my response is sorry I'm not available. Keep in mind nobody has called me back yet, but ok! 6 days later around 10am I received a message asking when can we schedule? I immediately respond with my availability for the next 4 days, 5.5hrs later no response. So I text back again and and they reapond with "in 4days with a 3hr window". At this point I figure beggars can't be choosers so I manipulate my schedule to make it work and confirm. The day of the appointment, it's now past the window of time they gave me so I reach out. I get a text saying I'll be there in 5mins. I'm irritated but ok, things happen.(A little heads up would have been nice.) The tech arrives and I mention you know you had an appointment and your late. He responds with yeah sorry I leave my phone in the van and I was running late. I mention to him, whoever has been feilding the calls and messages is doing a poor job. The tech looks the machine over, lubes the belt adjusts the belt and says we're good. We test the machine, it's still making the noise(the main reason I called for the service) he tinkers a bit tests it and it seems goood. He tells me if you have any issues just call me back. Now keep in mind he was pretty good at explaining and giving tips and advice. 1 week goes by I had not used the machine yet, I get on and right away it's making the same noise again. It's actually making more noise than before. I also noticed the belt is misaligned again. Right away I call, and of course no answer. A week goes by so I send a text message. It has been 10 days and no response. Communication is key. It can make an experience really pleasureable or miserable. The tech seemed nice enough, he was clean and respectful but the overall experience left me feeling bothered and thinking "well, I got what I paid for. The "other guy" was $50 more, so this is probably why". I gave ample time before I reviewed on Yelp. In my opinion I would not refer this company to any of my friends or family as it's just too much of a hassle. I did tell my family friend of the experience and they were like wow! read more

Excellent service!!! Went above and beyond to assembly my weights cage. Price was reasonable compared to what other companies wanted to charge me for the same job. Would recommend Juan for any assembly need. read more

6/4/22 You have no clue which customer You are even talking to. Your response has nothing to do with me, you're confused. Why would I need a video of equipment sent to me when I live where the home gym is located and I was home when you came out to repair. Please don't make stuff up. read more

It's unfortunate Juan doesn't know how to schedule people and keep appointments. I have had him come out to my House twice. Both times he fixed machine as I already had parts for him. The issue is both times I wanted him to simply lube an elliptical and he said he didn't have time. I mean he was already at my house. He didn't have change for my job and told me he would deduct it from When he returned which he never did. He told me to text the number for a future appt which I did on a Thursday when he left. I didn't get a response until Monday that simply read weds 1p-4p I responded ok in 23 mins. Never got a confirmation or anything. Weds came and of course Juan was a no show. I text him 4x and called once without response until he had the nerve to say my appt was never confirmed. The week prior they never confirmed my appt sent me a text that he was coming. Such unprofessional practices. Read all the other scheduling issues on yelp people have with Juan and save yourself the headache. There's a reason so many negative reviews. I hate to leave a small business a bad review but it's 100% accurate and Juan did nothing to maintain a loyal customer. His text response to the whole situation was simply "" so obviously he doesn't value repeat business and professionalism. read more

Was looking for someone who can at least take a look at my treadmill to see if there was anything wrong with it. Nothing was broken, yet, but it just didn't run smooth. Mr. Juan came and took a look. I am so grateful to meet Juan. What a pleasant experience with a wonderful professional. Dependable and fast! Recently had my Nordictrack treadmill repaired by Juan and as his name implies, we are "up and going". Excellent job, this guy knows his stuff. This would have easily cost me twice as much had I gone through the Nordictrack people direct. Don't look at the $95 service fee for coming out, considering the discounted pricing he offers for parts the initial service fee is a bargain. I am recommending Juan to all my fitness buddies. read more

I've used Up and Going twice now. I have to say Juan is highly knowledgeable in his work and incredibly professional. He always goes above and beyond and takes the time to explain not only everything he did, but any issues that may be an eventual problem. He's never tried to upsell me on services which I appreciate. I have older gym equipment and have had several repair companies advise they don't repair that type of equipment. I spoke with Juan from "Up and going" Exercise Equipment Repair who said he could complete the work needed. Initially I reached out to 5 repair companies and Juan was the only one who replied promptly. On the day of the repair, Juan texted me that he was en route and showed up within the appointment time frame. Juan repaired the cable and pulleys on my Parabody weight machine and completed the maintenance on my treadmill and elliptical. Juan was professional, explained what needed to be done prior to beginning the repair, adv of the costs, and completed the work in a timely manner. Overall, " Up and going" price was extremely reasonable and the work was excellent. read more

I called over 5 times to book a service. Finally a lady called me back and book the appointment for me. The service provider never showed up and never called to let me know he couldn't make it. Not to mention the phone number for the technician listed as the 1-7pm contact is a number that doesn't work. It disconnects you when you call the number. I verified that it was the correct number as well. I wasted a day off of work. Horrible customer service. read more
