We had 3 roofs to be replaced, the main house, the standalone garage, and a flat roof, part of an extension to the house. The job was projected to take 2 days, but they finished in 1, promptly starting at 7:30 am and not leaving until 7 that night. Crews kept moving in and out all day to do different parts of the job. Mark was great to deal with and worked with us. The crew was hardworking - worked quickly but carefully, made the necessary repairs and made sure to clean up all the debris. The roof looks great! Very pleased. We highly recommend! Mark and Rhoda L.

CKG were very responsive, got back to me quickly, had someone come asses the damage & give me a quote. The following day they sent a crew out. I would recommend CKG & would definitely use them again.

The quality of their work and the value for the price are unbeatable. They had a six-man crew on site and finished the entire job in just two days. My property layout made things even harder for them, but they handled it like true professionals. The cleanup was excellent too. You'll always find a stray nail or small piece of shingle after a big roof job, but it was minimal -- especially considering how windy it was during the project. They stayed focused and got the job done right. Finding a roofing company I could trust wasn't easy. Because I've done roofing before, I asked detailed questions about how they'd handle the valleys, dormers, and flashing -- and they passed every test with flying colors, unlike some of the big, heavily marketed companies I spoke with. Ron was awesome to work with. He was sympathetic about my situation with the insurance company and went above and beyond to help with anything they required to get my rate down. He stayed in constant communication and managed his crew extremely well. If you want quality craftsmanship, honest communication, and unbeatable value, I highly recommend Royalty Exteriors. They deliver top-notch results and stand behind their work.

With the Thanksgiving holiday and rain coming he had over a dozen workers on the roof and knocked the job out. The most important point is Donald the owner. He is a roofer and not a salesman. My home is old and had 45 year old skylights that were an odd size. The replacement required a skilled contractor and Donald the owner was on the roof directing the replacement. PERFECT. During the project a few issues that were not anticipated cropped up. They were ALL corrected and no change in price. It does not get any better then the work they did on my home.
