I called Vince on Saturday and left a voice mail. I expected to get a call back on Monday since the business is listed as open Monday-Friday. To my surprise, Vince called me on Saturday afternoon and scheduled an appointment to have my door serviced on Monday afternoon, giving a 2 hour time window. Justin, the technician, called at approximately 2pm, letting me know that he was on his way. Justin looked at the door, and explained exactly what he was going to do, while giving serveral options before starting to work on the door. I couldn't get over the quality of the work that Justin did, and how professional, and upbeat his demeanor was, particularly since he was working in practically Nor'easter conditions! My garage door works better than new and I can't thank you enough!! All Access Garage Doors got my out of a jam. I had purchased a foreclosed home that was in the middle of being "updated". They came out when they said that would and assessed my situation. Previous owners had starting replacing 2 garage doors and All Access came out and finished the job. They checked over both doors and finished what was left to do and double checked the other "installers" work to make sure the doors worked smoothly and safely. Justin completed the job by installing 2 garage door openers that I had supplied and then applied weatherstripping to seal the doors from the weather. He, {Justin} was very courteous and knowledgeable. Worked very efficiently and gave suggestions on where to mount controls and how to maintain my doors for years of hopefully trouble-free service. Fantastic level of service and responsiveness! My garage door stopped working on July 3 - just before Independence weekend on Friday afternoon, when most companies are off. I called two other companies and I was told that I need to wait until Monday. Then I tried All Access Garage Door number and mechanic was here in 30 minutes.
