Called Mike on a Wednesday with no rush expectations. He answered right away, asked about the issue, timing and address. It was not a rush request, I could manage. but, he had one of his guys scheduled for Friday. David stopped by and he was great. He needed some parts, told what was wrong, gave me a locked-in price.
