I went in in hopes of getting an industrial piercing. After the piercer examined my ear he advised that I not get it because my ear wasn't curved enough to support it. I ended up getting my cartilage pierced and he did great! The fact that he was honest and professional enough to tell me it wouldn't have worked means a lot. Wonderful customer service! read more

For starters we went here to get a tattoo for my husband and the girl in there had to be 20 years old. She had poor customer service and was extremely rude. On the other hand the girl with the blue hair was sitting there flirting with my husband and not even acknowledging my presence. After she said she didn't want to do the tattoo we actually went to professional and he did it with no problem. Maybe change out and get some professionals there and business might pick up. I followed my artist here from his old shop. He's as good as ever, just now in swankier digs. Nolan's work speaks for itself, so I'll just remark about the studio. Very bright, very open, and above all, very clean. I didn't interact with anyone but Nolan, but when other people came in, even if they were just looky loos, they got immediate attention from behind the counter. Not sure if I got a repeat customer discount or not but the prices were very reasonable, considering the shop is in the Orange Park Mall. I would encourage you to come here whether it's your first tattoo/piercing or you're a seasoned veteran. It's located at the Old Navy entrance to the mall, immediately on your left. read more

Went in monday august 3rd to get a rosary on my wrist and my took my girlfriend to get her FIRST tattoo. Artist got both of us out in about 2 hours, he rushed through it and didnt take time or pride in his work. The artist who's name i dont know took us in and drew up his own cross but freehanded the beads. The cross looks great, but the beads aren't consistent(some are bigger than the others) his shading was horrible and made no sense and again inconsistent, he even missed where the rosary was suppose to connect to become a complete necklace, but it doesnt even connect, id rate it a 5/10. As for my girlfriend, she got a mermaid on her forearm. HER FIRST!! Well i sent him a design and instead if drawing his own design he literally just printed the image i sent and rescaled it to fit her arm. Instead if doing the outline then shading, he decides to start right off doing the shading, the colors are dull, theres mysterious circles that shouldnt be there, i ended up paying $500 to this guy, and will FOR SURE have to get it touched up. Oh not to mention he only accepted cash. Ruined my girlfriends firs tattoo experience and she told me she hated it which broke my heart. Fuck this place. read more

Josh was very professional and able to tell me the best placement for my piercing without going into old scar tissue. He was also very knowledgeable about different jewelry types and quality jewelry. Got excuses from this location and the one at the Avenues... and I don't think any of them were over 20. A couple of months ago I went into this shop trying to get a piercing and josh seabolt was incredibly rude to me and my mom. He completely fits the stigma of a douchey artist with zero customer service experience, when I asked to speak to the owner he said he was the owner which I have come to find out is a lie. I've only written one bad review on a place before, it takes a lot for me to feel the need to express this to others before they go to this shop. But a little background, I've had over 8 piercings and I have over 20 tattoos, I'm not new to this "scene" but I refuse to be worked on by someone who obviously doesn't care about quality of service and making a client feel comfortable. read more
