Area for a setting up a photo booth & cocktail tables (or whatever you like). My friends bridal shower had a dessert table, full bar, photo booth, and cocktail tables. Upstairs: Big space to set up tables, chairs, couches etc. Plenty of room for a dancing area and food. My friends bridal shower had rented couches and glow in the dark cocktail tables. I also asked him prior to the wedding if he can call a table at a time for the buffet hr so I can go around and take pictures with each table as they go to eat but he decided to call three tables at a time for the buffet hr which was so upsetting to me because I also discussed this with the photographer so she was waiting for his announcement and he did the total opposite so I missed out on beautiful photos. The only thing I could say is he played the music I asked for that's all other then that I honestly was not satisfied especially paying all the money I did and forced to pay $200 dollars when he was never asked to stay and that's called taking advantage!

There were only 10 participants (including ourselves), so it was not too rowdy at all. You're expected to bring your own wine and snacks for the event because it will last up to four hours (6-9pm) but time goes by quickly when you're having fun. There will be music playing while you paint and you're free to talk, so don't stress about this being taking super seriously. The painting is taken step-by-step and the instructor was a very patient young woman. She encouraged us to ask questions and request help if needed. She who knew her craft, but never looked down on us if we weren't painting exactly to the original material. After all, art is subjective. By the end of the event, you'll be able to take your painting home so it's encouraged to leave your signature. I felt incredibly proud of my work and it's a great conversation topic to go on about for the rest of the night. I would come back over and over again, as long as I have a partner with me. It's more fun with someone you know.

Erica guided us through the whole evening where we all got to hang out in a very inviting setting and painted our various pottery items including mugs, plates, and more. It's a great place to have these group hangouts while all focusing on making something creative and fun. There is free parking in the lot behind the building where the Crop Shop is open which is very welcome in a place like Hoboken! Not to mention, Erica makes this such a great experience! I will say it was a bit hard to find at first because it is not currently located at the street level but I'm excited for the renovation and future events here!

She was so nice and sweet and I felt great about our choice. We had called around to a few other places first, but felt Jaynee was the best choice and boy were we right. The candy truck was absolutely amazing !!! It had every candy, cookie and delicious treat you can think of and really WOW'd our guests- especially the White Castle burgers and soft pretzels. I can't remember the names of our two attendants but they were absolutely fabulous! They were so much fun and really took care of our guests! An event space review:…read more So, I've never been here for like a regular Saturday night and I've never actually hosted an event here but, I've been to this space for a few local Hoboken events and I've also been here for a private tour and the end result: It's aesthetically amazing. I've recommended at least one friend to get married here (and they are) and as far as event spaces go this one is damn fine with a max capacity of about 200 people. Mutli room all with beautiful wood floors, dark leather couches, dim lighting, brick walls. Wow. Definitely Prague in the 1940's. Definitely one of the hipper locations I've been in Hoboken. The cocktail list is extensive and is of the "mixologist" type. They are pricey $11-$13 or so but, that's how much fancy cocktails cost these days. Womp womp. I really can't talk about ambiance on a regular night since I've never been but for an event space, this place is truly dark, romantic and a super cool spot in Hoboken definitely a must stop and see when planning a special event, wedding, bday, fundraiser. (I have no clue on pricing/rental so good luck).
