The service here is a joke, the cashier girls and guys spend more time talking laughing while you stand there, listening to them talk and ignoring you the paying customer. I stood there for literally close to five minutes while the cashier was talking to some guy that wasn't even buying anything and she looked at me multiple times and ignored me. I went inside canceled my order and Lamar, a man helping in car wash area, was so helpful and so kind, he truly helped make the experience amazing and got me taken care of. I wouldn't waste my time or money on getting a car wash here. I spent $36 on a car wash and the inside still was visibly dirty in multiple areas. They say the was is 100% by hand which I like and it was done fairly fast, but upon entering the car I realize the wash may be too fast. They definitely need to spend another 2-3 mins cleaning the inside. This includes vacuuming and wiping down dash, etc. I get it's not a detail, but for almost $40 you shouldn't still need to do basic things like vacuum the car again nor wipe your steering wheel. The outside was clean at least and they did make sure all the water was out of the rear view mirrors. Unless they improve their interior cleaning process I wouldn't go back nor recommend this place. read more

Just visited the gas station to get a full-service carwash. I selected in the number two option which is both interior and exterior cleaning. Spent $23 on a car wash. This included tip. I should have gotten out of my truck before tip. All they needed to do was an exterior wash. The first step in the car wash the guy started scrubbing my hood with out even getting it wet. I had to stop him. Enough said. They clearly don't know how to wash cars. My entire truck was still dirty and I had a ton of dried pink soap on the bumper and back window. I'm giving only 2 stars because the manager said he will give me a redo on the wash. Pros, Cons, the summary I stop by daily, so I can give a good review....although I do not use their car wash so I can't comment on that. PROs--Prices are pretty cheap. They are not the cheapest in Ventura, but cheaper than their nearest competitor, the Chevron behind Carl's Jr. on Johnson. Their convenience store has plenty of stuff, clean bathrooms and cheap soft drinks. $1 for a 44 oz....that'll keep me coming back. Almost all the workers are nice too, at least on the inside. Check out is quick as they usually have two registers going during peak hours. CONs--It can get crowded, and the car wash can clog the exit onto Johnson. The water for the windshield squeegee is dirty, and doesn't get changed often. Plus, they used to have free ice (2 bags per person), but got rid of it....I think they still have 1 free bag with a $10 purchase, but it isn't advertised anymore. Would I go back? Yes, but not just because it's near my home. I'd go back for their cheap gas and cheap soft drinks. read more

I have been coming to this gas station for a while now and it's sad to say I'm not impressed with some of the ladies that work there. Very unprofessional. I'm not sure of names but there is ALWAYS specific ladies that I always see chatting away as if the conversations are more important than the customers. Very awful. One certain one has curly hair and really skinny, super loud you can't miss her. I'm not really that concern about the other lady she has somewhat blonde hair and lighter skin color. Well anyway definitely a bunch of attitude there. I would of brought this up to a manager but I didn't see a manager inside. It's my one stop shop but it's hard when your waiting in line while they gossip all the time. It never fails. read more

I went to get an exterior wash on Friday afternoon. Drove home, which is not close, realized that a piece of my car had fallen off (a 3' strip of plastic covering) and the wash itself was very poorly done. I paid for tires to be done and they hadn't been. Because I don't live close by, I drove by on Monday morning on my way to work and met Carrie. I had saved my receipt and showed Carrie that I had paid for the tires and that a piece off the car was missing. She said she would be more than happy to help and I told her that I would return to see if she found the part. I went back and sure enough, she found the undamaged part, armor-all'd it, put it back on for me and I got the car re-washed and the tires done. Carrie was SO NICE! She has great customer service skills and I am so glad that she was the one on duty today because nowadays, you just can't expect friendly service. She went above and beyond! I pulled up and was in line when I was greeted by the car wash manager who asked me which wash I would like. In which I replied "the full service option" for $29.99. She then tried to up sell me to the hand wax by telling me that they could not guarantee getting the car clean without doing the 55+ dollar hand wax. My car gets washed about once a week and is already pretty well off! So it would have required very little effort to get it clean and up to par. So I asked her, "you can't guarantee my car to be cleaned for a 30 dollar wash?" In which she replied simply "no". What the hell is that? I'll never go back there again and I will let everyone I know to not waste their money at this place. read more

Good quality car wash interior and exterior. I don't go for the really expensive car washes but occasionally want the interior done with a vacuum. Quick service and friendly staff. Also: they offer a free car wash interior and exterior to veterans and military personnel on Veterans Day. I will automatically default to a business that honors veterans and military. Always. Worse car wash I have ever had!! The inside of the car was supposedly vacuumed and stuff was missed and I was told that their vacuum doesn't pick up everything...then there was spots missed all along the outside of the vehicle and even some birdshit and I was told by the Carwash manager that everybody makes mistakes!!! OK I get it maybe one the spot or so but not several!!! I will never go back and highly recommend that you do not visit for car wash!!! read more
