This is for the car wash. It needs to be updated! worst job ever! The lights don't even work to let you know where to stop. The water pressure is nonexistent and when you leave (which I had to guess because again the lights don't work)... the dryer missed my whole car and was on for 10sec. As you can see from the after pictures.... It didn't even look washed. Don't use this car wash! I understand it's a gas station wash but they usually get the job done for a quickie. Nice workers and all but their "touch free" 9 dollar deluxe car wash did nothing for my car and it is impossible to park or maneuver through the station and it doesn't help that it is right on a corner of Busy and Busier, which means you will have a lengthy wait to get out of the station. read more

Total rip off. I stopped by to put gas in my daughters's car. The sign on the street said $3.89. When I swiped my credit card it went to $3.99 on the digital read out. I put in my zip, and pushed the 97 octane button. The screen then asked if I wanted a car wash - no. As I'm pumping I noticed the digital read out now said $4.09!!! I stopped pumping - went inside and asked the clerk what was going on. She said she didn't know and would have to talk to her boss, she had other complaints too. I walked over to the sign to try and figure it out. No information on the monument sign but then I see in unlit sign (it's dark out) that said no car wash $.10 higher. The gas went from $3.89 to $4.09. I filled up at Costco the next day for $3.69. Buyer beware!! read more

Wow big difference in 2015!! Customer service is top notch. They are willing to answer any questions i may have. Did I mention they have a TOUCH FREE CARWASH!!!! :D Thousand times more better then those dirty brushes the other car washes in the area have. I noticed the place has been cleaned up. No more odd people hanging around. Either they disappeared or the employees have been cleaning up the place. Either way I love it now!! Its right on the corner of Victoria & Telephone so its easy to find! Gas there is worth it as well. Did i mention all the times i go I see high end cars (: im a car geek and i cant help but pull out my phone and take a photo. Highly recommended this Station. GOOD JOB 76 read more

I don't have a problem with the gas itself (though frankly there are several cheaper options very close by), but I tried to get a carwash, and after paying for it, the instructions told me to pull forward, which I did. I stopped where instructed, and the machine just beeped for several minutes. I tried moving forward and back, thinking maybe I hadn't stopped on the correct spot even though the indicators told me I had. After several minutes of no result, and constant beeping by the machine, I pulled out, walked inside, and informed the attendant of the situation, who shrugged her shoulders, told me I must have done something wrong and that I'd have to come back when the manager was there in the morning. It's a gas station that is more pricey than an arco. No secret. I keep my car clean at all times. The carwash only gets clean my car when there is super light dirt. The tomes I've gone after a rainstorm to get the road grokked cleaned, my front window will still show the path of the wipers. When drying my car I have been hit up on more than one occasions by people asking for money. It gets scary. read more

STAY AWAY FROM THE CAR WASH. Although I didn't have any problems with the gas station itself, I paid for a deluxe wash and my car came out looking worse than it did before it went in. The car wash is horrible and doesn't work properly. I recommend steering clear of at least that aspect until it's confirmed to be fixed, if even possible read more

It very sneakily shows a lower price for gas than most locations but that's only if you buy a car wash with the fill up of 10 gallons or something. When you're looking for a place to fuel up fast this can be a big annoyance. read more

I recently moved to Ventura from San Luis Obispo, about two hours north from Ventura. I was in search of a touchless car wash since I'm fanatic about having scratches on my car from dirty brushes and unnecessary slapping against the car. It actually took me a long time to find this station since Yelp didn't have any touchless car washes in my area. Thankfully, I was driving by and saw it! I haven't gotten gas there because they seemed pretty pricey. They say if you buy a car wash, you get 15 cents off per gallon, but their pricing makes it about the same as just going to ARCO. Not much of a discount. The car wash is priced pretty reasonable, $5 for regular wash, $7 for medium, and $9 for the best. I got the $9.00 wash, but wasn't all that impressed. It got about 85% of the dirt off but left some spots that weren't throughly cleaned. My car wasn't really dirty either. I usually don't expect much for gas station car washes but it would have been a lot better if there was better water pressure to blast off all the dirt. It would also have been better if the wash took more time, it was very quick and didn't spend much time on the car. But ultimately, the most annoying thing was when the dryer was passing by my car, it was dripping water all over my car while it was drying! I'll still go here every now and then, since it's the only touchless car wash I've found besides going to Oxnard where there's one in the ghetto. read more
