My car was spotless inside and out, super thorough, and clearly done with care. Its yelp page offers contact/communication capabilities and the business is very prompt on response time. We can set arrangements quite easily without things dragging on for days. On day of service, Mr. Tyler always arrives in a timely manner, communicating prior to arrival that helps relieve the stress about actual show up time. When he shows up, he gets right to work! CERAMIC COAT: Wanting to preserve the integrity of our Honda Element's body, we decided to invest in a ceramic coat. That service includes washing, polishing, ceramic coating paint & trim. The vehicle's trim also receives a special coating to help protect it from Mother Nature as well. It was a world of difference once Tyler was finished working on it! MINI-DETAIL: Our Jeep already has a factory Ceramic coating, and The Mini-Detail Package helped renew its look of newness to the vehicle. The rubber residue from water runoff was cleaned up nicely and that seemed to be the most pestering issue with the recent rains. Loved the shininess in the sun once everything was done! A local spot that's easily accessible and next to a freeway entrance/exit. I purchased an express…read moremembership and that is the 2nd step from the most basic. The only difference being that my membership had a waxing included in the wash vs the most basic did not and lacked tire shine. Aside from that, the membership I had also included towel drying and their express car wash. This did not include interior cleaning. Literally, this place is you get what you pay for, because the carwash membership is unlimited, but the express membership's service is bare minimum. You can choose to go very frequently, but too much wax on your car is determinantal to the paint. Essentially, you receive a sticker that they scan to identify the type of wash you have. Once scanned and the wax letters are written on your windshield, you enter the car wash tunnel where you will be guided and sprayed down with a hose and scrubbed with car mops. Afterwards, you will enter the automated wash and exit the other end where towels will be placed on your car, and you drive to the express lane where the towels will be used to dry your vehicle. The express lane's service for drying your vehicle will range from poor to okay (get what you pay for). Examples of the worse service are when the dryers work at difference paces of each other, end up leaving water mark streaks, forget the tire shine, and doesn't dry your vehicle properly in the rear. Examples of okay service is when there aren't many visible water streaks on the windows, they remember to do the tire shine and doesn't hit the frame of your car much when they do it, and the vehicle is mostly dried off by towel and not from the sun. In general, the express service drying is meant to be quick and doesn't get all the tiny crevices or cracks. They get the broad surfaces at most and moves on. For example, the rear mirrors' crevices of my vehicle aren't dried off properly so when I dry, there would still be water coming out and drying on my windows and car doors to form water streaks. There were also a few occasions where the car wash is very backed up and there was no additional help to help with drying. So, it would be one person drying several vehicles coming out of the car wash, but that one person can't do it all as quickly, so the water ends up drying on your car before they get towel dried. All in all, I had some enjoyment of using a car wash service from them literally because of how convenient it was for me to go in and out from work to home. But I was getting more worse service than good during my car washes, so I ended up cancelling my membership. Aside from the car wash, some workers would use a towel to wipe their sweat or use as a shade to cover their head and necks, and then would use that towel to dry your car. Not a big fan when that happens so I would end up washing my car again the next day or two. Only to potentially have that happen again of course. In sum, you get what you pay for type of service car wash. I've noticed that if you pay more, the amount of detail and wash seem to be better.

Gerardo was so friendly and responsive, and was happy to answer all my questions given this is a new service for me! He was prompt in his communication and arrival and came to my work site.
