I love the use of ring central that keeps all the teams in communication and the end of day photos of the work accomplished. Everything was done as requested including a couple of additional tasks that got added along the way. From a cost perpective they were reasonable. I received some quotes that were so ridiculously high they were laughable. I think Paul's quotes were fair and he was very good at alerting me to where their might be additional cost after they did the demolition. I plan to use them again for a second bathroom and would definietely recommend them.

Everyone was on time, completely transparent, and totally responsive. Not once did we wonder what the next step was or where the guys were. If they were held up, they messaged right away. We had a few touch-ups done right away, but all the work is covered for 3 years!!! The time frame quote we got was 4 to 7 weeks and we came in just under 5 weeks, and had the toilet back in at 3 weeks... imperative. Phenomenal customer service, work and details. Every item was planned from the get-go, so there were no surprises in pricing unless WE changed something, which we tried not to do. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough.

They had good ideas and brought up things to consider, and additional costs for any changes along the way were reasonable. The guys who worked at my house were incredibly friendly and polite. The work turned out amazing - better than I had even hoped. Can't recommend them enough and will definitely go back to them for any similar work in the future.

He also met my need to get the work done as soon as possible. In fact, after telling me that there was a two-month waiting list, once I approved the estimate, they showed up to begin the job just two days later. Not sure how that happened, but I'm not complaining. Steven, the job foreman, was very professional and highly skilled, notwithstanding his youth. Why do people I meet keep getting younger? He is a perfectionist, a virtue which you rarely encounter with home contractors. He even helped guide me with the color selection. I threw him a few curve balls during the job, and he did everything I asked him to do with a smile. He and his crew were on time every day, and were all polite, neat, and hard-working. They are acrobats on high ladders, and barely dripped a drop of paint where it didn't belong. The finished job looks great, and exceeded my expectations. It is also worth mentioning that Wilber's guarantees the durability of the paint job for three years. All the others who bid offered a two year guarantee. I can't speak to their other services, but I would hire Wilber's again for a major painting project, and recommend them.
