    Nova and her Dad!

We absolutely LOVED this place! We were very hesitant in leaving our pup anywhere while we went snowboarding but this place eased our minds over the phone and we went for it! They took such good care of her and updated us on how she was doing twice! My dog mom heart was so happy with that. Thank you to Alex who was so nice! And Haley who complimented our Nova on how sweet she was. We will definitely return to Unleashed!

Puncture wound on my dog I found after his visit. Goes all the way through.

I've been coming to your facility for years. Almost all positive reviews except for a few minor incidents I was made aware of as soon as they happened and you took proper action like taking my dog to the vet to get stitches. I was weary after that dog died at your facility but saw you were making changes. Well today I checked my dog into daycare for about 4 or so hours. After I picked him up he was acting really weird, I'd go to pet him and he would shy away like I was going to hit him. He also kept licking his paws for hours and hours and wouldn't stop. Well just now I found the biggest puncture wound that goes all the way through on his neck and an adhesion on his eye. This is SO unacceptable. You've lost a very loyal customer, Portland will never go there again nor will I ever recommend your facility to anyone.

Multiple bites and puncture wounds - but it "wasn't significant"

If I could give a zero or negative stars I would. This is a PSA to keep away from Unleashed Dog Hotel in Murray. I picked Stella up last night from doggie daycare and this is what she looked like. I wasn't called, wasn't told about it when I picked her up, nothing. I called right after I picked her up, and they said they didn't know anything. He did say that he noticed her walking funny. I then called the owner and he said that they'd look into it. After no update by 1:00p I asked for them to pay the vet bill ($108), they all the sudden have information that Stella was an instigator in a scuffle. The vet said that had Stella been the instigator or aggressor, she would have injuries to her face. She might have been high energy and playing to hard but she clearly was in a submissive state when she got all chewed up. The vet also said that Stella's leg would've bled a lot and it would've had to been cleaned. Even if Stella started a fight does she not deserve to be treated (emotionally or physically)? Did I not deserve a call? She was hurt too and probably super scared. She was visibly shook up about it. Limping and panting all night. Why aren't the dogs separated by age and energy levels like our other doggy daycare? Stella turns into a cockroach when the tiniest of dogs tell her "too much", so I find it hard to believe she started this. I couldn't care less about the bill, it's the fact that I wasn't called, told about when I picked her up or that there is no record of it. What's the process/protocol at this place? Huge shout out to Utah Dog Park our usually doggie day care) and Animal Care Center (our vet) for seeing Stella first thing in the morning and treating her with love. They were shocked and upset at what they saw. This wouldn't have gone unnoticed there since they do medical checks on every dog 2 times a day and have 3 people at all times in the areas where the dogs are playing. Stella once nicked her leg coming out of the pool and we were contacted immediately and sent home with wipes at no charge. Lesson learned convenience isn't worth your dogs safety and you (and your dogs) stress.

My baby Baxter has been here a few time not just for daycare but for occasional weekend stays. He absolutely LOVES it! The minute we pull into the parking lot he gets so excited to get out of the car and drags me to the door. I chose this facility not only for the wonderful staff but for how beautiful and well kept it is. We did some searching of 3 other places and nothing compared. You would be silly to go anywhere else!

We looked at a number of dog daycare places and they all seemed kinda depressing; dark, dirty places, that smelled of doggy sadness.

Dear Pet Parents, I have known Leslie the owner of Old Farm…read morePet Resort for many years, if you need day care for a day or several days I recommend Leslie, she loves every dog as if they were her very own. My little Jack Russell would try to jump out of my hands when I would go through her door and the dog saw her. I had a situation were my husband passed away, I moved to Seattle to be closer to my kids and had someone I thought would take good care of her. Their situation wouldn't allow them to keep the dog so I thought of Leslie, I told her about my situation and how sad I was so I flew back to Salt Lake and Leslie met me at the airport. My dog remembered Leslie and her anxiety totally was goon. She keep my posted on what was going and let me know that my little dog was with a new family that love her so much and my little dog has new friends that (yellow labs) love to play and are having such a good time. Leslie is by far the very best she truly love all dogs. Susan H

This 3rd time she had cuts on her rear paws and they would've become infected if she stayed any longer. Staff ignored my request to put her cone on over night to prevent paw licking. They do not follow your feeding instructions. They couldn't give me a confident answer if she had eaten or not when I picked her up and they told me she ran out of food which surprised me as I always pack more food than what's needed for the stay. I question if the animals are ignored by staff too, the dogs outside are free roaming and I've never seen a staff member out there. All these issues under "New Management". Avoid this place if you care about your pets.

I was so grateful they were available so I could have peace of mind leaving them. When we dropped them off we were given a tour and everything was explained to us how they'd be handled while we were away! Each day I texted for info or a photo of them and they were always quick to reply and very helpful! This really gave me a lot of confidence they were safe and enjoying their space! The facility is clean and well organized! I appreciate that the dogs are separated by size. Neither Roxy or Jake seemed stressed or bug eyed exhausted when I came to pick them up! They were mellow and were clean and their things were gathered for us to head home from the airport! When I've picked them up from some other places, my Roxy would seem disoriented and overwhelmed! So I was beyond grateful she appeared relaxed! We will be sure to use this location for all boarding needs in the future. Even though it's far from us, it was nice to be able to trust our babies were well taken care of!

I have a timid, sometimes reactive and aggressive dog, who needed a lot of help with training. After an hour consultation with Makenzie, we decided to do three day & train sessions where my dog would go to their facility for a half day of training one on one with Makenzie, three at home 1:1 sessions in my dog's natural environment, and three hour long group classes. The amount that I learned in these 6 weeks was absolutely mind blowing. Training your dog is about practice and consistency, and speaking your dog's language, and Dogtown gave me the confidence and the knowledge to be able to train my dog on my own. The day & train opportunities were a wonderful way to start. Makenzie would train my dog 1:1 and then would send me videos about everything they worked on during their sessions. When I came to pick her up, Makenzie would show me what they worked on and how I could practice it at home. The training sessions in my own home were incredibly helpful as well. It gave me time to practice with my dog(s) in their natural environment and refreshers on what we had already learned, and building upon the skills she was learning. The group sessions were amazing for my dog, and any dog, to have an opportunity to practice in a new, overstimulating environment with other dogs that she doesn't know. Since she is apprehensive around other dogs, this was amazing practice for her. On top of everything else, the team is so friendly and kind, and the trainers are so knowledgable. I had the chance to take a group class with their trainer Maren and she was wonderful as well. Thank you to the team for teaching both me and my dog the skills to be better trained.
