Absolutely love living here. It is well maintained and the management is super friendly. We have…read morenever had any issues. It's also a very quiet living space and is close to stores. Which is convenient! I would recommend these apartments to anyone!

Good;Beautiful place, calm, serene and convenient…read more Bad: property manager (Margaret) is a fluke, had an appt last Saturday to see the apartment I applied, qualified and set deposit for. I showed up to a note on her door saying she was in a meeting. I did not receive a phone call to even inform me she would not be available. Dates of move in kept changing, my boyfriend was trying to make sure I wouldn't get screwed over with my first apartment and Margaret told me he was mean and offensive Bc he called her out on her fluctuating move in dates. The Worst: my boyfriend goes in to get paperwork so I can sign on the dotted line and she gives us the news that the residents have decided not to move and to extend their lease 6months. Could this be why she had a last minute mysterious meeting the day I was scheduled to see the apartment? I believe so but to each it's own. She also leaves such a long vm that my phone cuts her off. Her last vm was what sounded to be an apology but also ended " I don't have anything to lose if you decide to be refunded since I have other clients waiting on apartments". How effing rude. My first apartment has been an epic fail and Margaret did not fulfill her role as property manager successfully due to the lack of professionalism.

We love living here! Carly, our manager, does an amazing job hosting community events that are fun…read morefor all ages. The apartment is newer and well- maintained, and overall you get great value for what you pay. While we can't control how other residents act- like leaving dog waste or not using the dumpster properly- management has been fair and responsive. Compare to other options in the area, you either get cheaper but rougher places, or pay significantly more for similar apartments or double for luxury. This place strikes the perfect balance between quality, price, and community. Highly recommended!

A good test of any property is how they treat residents after move-out…read more I moved out in May and didn't receive my full refund until four months later - only after filing in small claims court. Alta tried to charge a $165 "general cleaning fee" that wasn't in my lease, recorded the wrong move-out date (costing me hundreds), and issued multiple incorrect statements. The worst part was the silence from Carly and the team, with long gaps in communication unless I followed up repeatedly. Tips for other tenants: * Carefully review your move-out statement. * Cleaning fees must be clearly stated in your lease. * Request itemized receipts for any cleaning or damage deductions. * Double-check your listed move-out date - it affects your prorated refund. * They are legally required to send your refund and documentation within 30 days. * Read RCW 59.18.280 - it outlines your rights as a Washington tenant. * If needed, contact the Washington State Tenants Union - and don't give up. To Alta/Greystar: During my lease, I felt like a valued resident. Afterward, I felt ignored. I made every effort to resolve this directly but had no choice but to go through the courts. Please don't reply with a generic "We're sorry, contact us" - I did, many times. What started as a series of administrative mistakes ended up feeling like a system designed to wear tenants down and discourage them from recovering what they're owed. Based on this experience, I would be very cautious about renting from any Greystar-managed community.
